You dont need to add oil (like coconut oil) to the mix to transform it in butter. Nuts have already oil, it appears when you blend it ! Plus, for storage, coconut oil solidify so the blend texture will be strange and grassy even if you dont put it in the fridge. :)

agreed, I make mine without the added oil. I also roast the nuts in the oven - gives a nice toasty flavour :)
Isn´t oil added just to protect the blades in the start of blending ?

ナッツの固さによりますね。今回のは柔らかいカシューナッツを入れたので滑らかになってますが、アーモンドオンリーで作った場合はこんな風にはならないです。
