The frayed chair on the balcony has been replaced. I mentioned it to Guest Relations and by the time I got back to the room, the chair had been replaced. I was super impressed how fast they responded and was not sure if they could do anything about it. So, if you book cabin #2160, the chair looks great now!
It was very quiet regarding not hearing or feeling the engine with the door closed. I did hear the people in the suite next to us coughing alot. My bed side glass lamp shade rattled a bit. I had to unscrew it a little and get it just right to stop the rattle.
@@clairewithlove1 thank you. Could you hear anything from the pool area above the room? What about the view also. I hear that because of the upper floor protruding out that the view is shortened. could you describe for me?
@@Dreamerjbt We did not hear the pool or scraping of chairs in Ocean View. We have gotten the Sunset Verandah one floor below Ocean View before and definitely heard the people scraping their chairs on the deck first thing in the morning. It had been enough to wake us, but we would go back to sleep. We did not notice the view being shortened. We chose the bump out area to get more balcony space and it put our balcony farther out. It looks like your cabin #2139 will have the bump out cabins in front of it, so that may block a little of your view as you put your head out. Also, the bump out cabins may be able to see (if they stick their heads out) onto your balcony a little more. Keep that in mind, since one time, I did not realize the people on the Captain's bridge could look back and see onto our balcony. The bump out cabins may block a little of your view if you are looking out and forward. Most of the time, we just sat in our chairs and enjoyed looking straight out.
we stayed in this EXACT suite 3 weeks ago..... was a great room and we had zero complaints. Christopher was our room attendant..... He was awseome!!!

FYI, there is no 220 Volt outlet. Those are european outlets.
