Love the videos! I just got started with learning 40k and picked necrons as my first army. My question is, is there any reason to run Awakened Dynasty and can it be used to a decent effect. I decided i wanted to play this detachment because how easy it is to use compared to the others.
@@itzGoatlord thank you - and welcome to the Undying Legions! To answer your question: YES! Awakened Dynasty is a great place to start and is strong enough to hold its own
Another great video lads! thematic gaming for the win! Whenever me and Simon play, i end up zoning out and imagining im inside a giant robot! and forget my rules! ha i have plans to build a 3 tesseract vault army list 😂
Brilliant video guys! Enjoyed the breakdown :) Is it possible for you to share the list as commentary or something? (making it easier to follow the discussion) Thanks
illuminor szeras would be a mean option to replace a ctan with, 2+ 4++ 4+++ is an insane defensive profile that compares to a ctan then you have extra points for some deathmarks or something to do secondaries
How does the hypercrypt detachment work? If I put a model that doesn’t have deepstrike into reserves with the ability, can I place them down in the reinforcements as if they had deepstrike?
The Necron Units are removed at the end of your opponents Turn. They are then in Strategic Reserve. Only if they have the Deep Strike keyword they can enter using Deep Strike. Otherwise it's table edges, as described in rules. Although there are also options I've Cosmic Precision and the Monoliths abilities to use.
@@simonneville3278 I see, so if I put my wraiths in reserves, I can only put them on the edges of the board, unless I use cosmic precision which basically is better deepstrike. Thanks!
