Heres something you may find interesting. :) The name of my country has nothing to do with the interesting and delicious bird ''turkey''...... .....but the name of the bird does have a connection with the name of my country, let me explain. :) Name of my country has always been Türkiye, it's been known as such since around the 1200's. The name it self has a suffix, '' -iye '', that is Turk-iye, where the -iye suffix means 'land of/belonging to', just like the Latin suffix of '' -ia '', which exists in such country names like Austr-ia, Austral-ia, Latv-ia, Roman-ia etc etc again meaning 'land of/belonging to'. Many would remember the country Czechoslovak-ia which changed it's name to Czech Republic and a few years ago changed that to Czechia (that is Czech-ia). The Latin suffix -ia probably originates from Turkish -iye as Turkish is much older, ancient Turkish been over ten thousand years old. Spelled in different languages in different ways to phonetically resemble '' Türkiye '' we got various spellings like; Turquía (in Spanish), Turchia (in Italian), Turquie (in French) Turkei (in Germn) and Turkey (in English) all trying to resemble the pronounciation of ''Turk-ia'' thus Turkiye. Mind you this was way before the animal we currently know as 'turkey'' was found by the europeans when they explored the north americas. The bird was first sent to europe from north americas in the year 1519, so up until that point there was no bird named 'turkey'.... ...they came across the bird and thought it was a specie of the fowl/chicken they had been buying from the country of Turkiye at the time, so they named the bird ''Turkey Fowl'' meaning ''Turkish Chicken''..... ....just like how a dog breed is known as German Shepherd (because it's from Germany), American Bulldog, British Terrier, Greek Harehound etc etc. In time you don't get to call the Greek Harehound as simply as ''Greek''; or you don't call the British Terrier as ''British''; or the German Shepherd as ''German'', but in time the Turkish Fowl started to be called just ''Turkey'' and later ''turkey'', and has been going on for hundreds of years. Now in modern times, this is causing confusion, especially when we have people across the world unable to point to their own country on the map, this ''confusion over the naming'' needed to be corrected. So my country decided to rectify this confusion that has been going on for so long and corrected the name to Türkiye, which it always was. Basically we didn't change the name of our country, we changed the mistake made in the English language. : ) So, there's some tid bit information for you to have a great day, if you read upto this point you have a great night too, ohh just have a wonderfull life. : ) Best wishes. ;)

It would be such a good training… i do judo for 17 years now… i also work in it, so i often have a mug in one hand, scroll through code with the other one and just try to find out, what’s going on… such a mug would be really useful… have to make one myself…
Imagine explaining to someone that you broke your toe because you dropped your mug on it lmao. 😂
I got xmaster fitness knockoff, I can vouch that it is of good quality and its so much fun to have when drinking with friends.
Hilarious, I met some of the marketing team at a fitness trade show and heard this tale first hand. I remember seeing this advertisement when it was live and of course missed the sale.
Great video.
Good! Now you can get the adjustable one.
It's a rare thing for a company to say no to money being shoved in their face
That’s a dumb CEO. Turn down demand?
They should treat this as merchandise for their brand. like a cap, tshirt, mug, for the sake of brand loyalty
I absolutely love this, never heard of the company but this is awesome. I dont need a 20lb mug that only holds 3ozs but man they hit on something cool here! However id love a 9 or 10 or 12lb mug that holds 8 to 10 ozs and had a half ass lid for travel and using around a shop or job site. Very very cool idea and video!
Too bad lead and food is a bad idea.. could make it twice as dense as steel if it was lead filled. Tungsten is even heavier, and food safe, but.. expensive.
Time to live the Zoldyck Family lifestyle.
This thing is basically a weapon and a dumbbell at the same time🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I want one!! If Eleiko won't make more, Rogue should get in on that...
That’s a legit idea. I want a 10 kg mug in green.
Pro tip: if this item interests you and you are bummed you can't buy it anymore you can strap wrist weights on to get a similar effect 👍
I would be so hype if they made a Stanley cup shape, but make it hold a reasonable amount of liquid, and make the entire bottom part billet steel so its still heavy
I think that mug is sweet and would've loved to have added one to my garage gym.
Cannot wait for the Eleiko camel pack.
First coffee ,after side lateral raises. Solid product .
Hi coop , you haven't reviewed the eleiko prestera , and prestera attachments.
I'd really like to. I've used them, money not considered, possibly the most thoughtful rack ecosystem there is. - Coop
Omg, how stupid, lol. I guess people love it so the more power to them!
I need two of these
Thank you!
Another cool product that I don't really need but really want now!
Heres something you may find interesting. :)
The name of my country has nothing to do with the interesting and delicious bird ''turkey''......
.....but the name of the bird does have a connection with the name of my country, let me explain. :)
Name of my country has always been Türkiye, it's been known as such since around the 1200's.
The name it self has a suffix, '' -iye '', that is Turk-iye, where the -iye suffix means 'land of/belonging to',
just like the Latin suffix of '' -ia '', which exists in such country names like
Austr-ia, Austral-ia, Latv-ia, Roman-ia etc etc again meaning 'land of/belonging to'.
Spelled in different languages in different ways to phonetically resemble '' Türkiye ''
we got various spellings like;
Turquía (in Spanish),
Turchia (in Italian),
Turquie (in French)
Turkei (in Germn) and
Turkey (in English)
all trying to resemble the pronounciation of ''Turk-ia'' thus Turkiye.
So, there's some tid bit information for you to have a great day, if you read upto this point you have a great night too, ohh just have a wonderfull life. : )
Best wishes. ;)
I’m seriously hoping they are sold out so I don’t waste money. 😂
Stupid not to make more. Every company sells merch to increase revenue and brand awareness.
Its refreshing when companies stick to their vision and dont sell out just for the sake of money. You know if any large company put this out they would milk the concept for all its worth, thered be limited editions, collabs etc. But also I wish they did go in on it cause I want one lol
Refusing to sell a product even after massive demand is a company sin in of itself. See Nintendo and its old games.
They could use them as trophies for powerlifting, strongman or BB contests. Sort of like a small version of the Stanley Cup.
They should have just done a kickstarter with preorders for limited edition with the edition number being the number of preorders plus a few extra.
I'm actually so tired of opening google to convert Lb to Kg or inches/feets to cm/m
finally a i can overload my beer curls as opposed to doing 100's of reps.
I can already see a problem with this. It's a massive hunk of metal. A huge thermal sink. As soon as you dump your coffee in it, it'll go cold.
I’ve never heard or seen this but now I want it.
It was in my cart and then the site froze and it never came back into my cart - all while i was in the process of checking out
Damn
I get they don’t want to be in the mug business, it could easily tie up half their machines cranking these out. That doesn’t mean they can’t hire a contract manufacturer to pump these things out. This is the first I’m hearing of this and now I want one. Maybe a bit lighter, I need more than 3oz of coffee in the morning.
well now i want two !
I never knew this existed , i do not drink coffee . but i want two of these now ! Because you can't have just one ! Weights come in pairs , because most of us have two arms .
Waffle irons to barbells to coffee mugs, sounds about right.
They mass produce them in China. There’s a company called “Top Master”. They sell for $100. There’s a 100ml/8kg shot mug too.
As a hobby welder and machinist, I can't see a solid SS machined mug being any way profitable. 4in solid 304ss round, 12in long is $315 and 42lbs. If it's 316ss it's $380. Plus the machining labor and welding. I don't ever make stuff from SS because it's sooo exp, unless I have to. Matching and welding SS is also more difficult.
