@@rolandosintos838 yes maganda naman yung bahay, well designed and planned,, pero for me, it is important to consider if it is calamity prone area, hindi naman natin masasabi if kelan darating, at mahirap ng ma one time big time kasi buhay din and yung mga valuables yung at risk.
Cute ng bahay' hindi kalakihan hindi rin maliit, ang ganda din ng interior design at materials na ginamit, felt warmth and homey yung bahay'👍

Auxiliary kitchen and laundry room, maids’ and drivers’ rooms and their T&B? And the entertainment room, I couldn’t tell from the vid where it is. Could you pls verify everything above or a link to further description and floor plan. Also not clear - 2 baths upstairs and a powder room downstairs?
I got confused, too. They showed the entertainment room first before opening the main entrance door. Hahaha. The entertainment room is next to the powder room which is under the stairs. Notice the main entrance door is exactly across the door of the power room. Didnt like the configuration. Nice use of space, though, as well as the finishes.
