Those balconies are to die for. Particularly in the upper ground floor (SM reference lol) with those greeneries. Jungle-like, tropical, Bali resort vibes.

Everytime I watch Presello, I get inspired to work harder in order to reach my dream home one day. So far, this house is the my most preferred kind of home. Great idea and I love the materials used, color choices and most especially the pocket garden. Kudos to the Architect of this house as well, you did a very great job. I fell in love with this home. Thank you Ms. Julia and to the whole Presello team for showing us incredible homes and being such a huge inspiration for others.

I’ve seen this house on another video! One of the highlights was the concrete blocks that the designer used for its walls. I think adding a little knowledge on how that particular house was built (esp engineered/out of the traditional materials) are enlightening. Just my opinion :)
sa itsura pa lang ng bahay alam mo ng high quality ang ginamit :) saka ang owner to be nito sure mayaman at hindi first time house buyer :D

Just the location Tivoli Royale ..mygoodness perfect location ,nakaharap yan sa Sierra Madre mountains, sobrang ganda ng ambiance jan lalo na pag sunrise, nakapasok nako dito before at pangarap ko magkaroon ng bahay dito .

But...if I'm not mistaken, yun subdivision na to ay nasa mataas na lugar at hindi bahain. And I think napag-isipan na yan ng designer/developer lalo na considering the price.
There are two drainage na magkasunod, if sobrang lakas ng ulan at may makalusot sa unang drainage merong sasalo na pangalawa :) it was well thought out by the engineer.

Damn this house is my fave so far. It may be far from the center of the city but it seems worth it bc at the end of a busy day in fast-paced Manila, you get to go home in this peaceful home. Also, if I were to transform the basement room, I'd turn it into a mini ballet studio hehe

The basement room would definitely be something versatile. I feel a small gym space with mirrors one side would be great. Then set up a short throw projector above the wall so you can also watch while working out. There would be bean bags piled up in one corner so if ever, you can still use it as a theatre.
I just love this house to the point that I keep on watching this countless times and I even included this in my playlist. Next month nandito nanaman ako😂

I love watching houses with ~350sqm lot areas as it’s the same lot area of our family home. It gives me a sense of hope that one day I could renovate our home and turn it into a gorgeous one like the ones featured in Presello.

This house is big enough yet it also feels cozy with just the right amount of space. And of course the windows! Like every area/room have those windows which makes it more airy and comfy.

My point is for almost P68M, will you want to grow your family in a house that doesn’t have a pool to enjoy & cool yourself and family in a very hot & humid tropical country?
It doesn’t have a yard for your children to play around, where you can also do barbecues & cookouts with friends and relatives.
P68M is around $1.3M.
You can actually buy a much prettier house in the U.S. or Canada fully furnished, with a pool and a yard for less money.
That’s why that Quezon City house is overpriced 🤷🏻♂️
Spend your money wisely guys.
Don’t settle for less especially when it comes to purchasing a house.
