The dude is gonna be a problem for a lot of MW's, the division also lacks the heavy wrestlers other divisions have. I expect to see this man in the top 10 pretty quickly.
The division has wrestlers, but they're just not as talented as the wrestlers of a higher or lower weight class. Brunson is arguably the greatest wrestler in middleweight right now, and even in his clear victories like his most recent defeat of Till, you can see his footwork is sloppy. It's clearly enough to work on hype trains and memelords like Till or Shahbazyan, but it won't be putting him on a win column against a Dagestani. Vettori is also known for his ground game, but he couldn't keep the champ or a LHW Costa grounded. Hermansson is the resident "submission specialist", but he's more a BJJ guy than a wrestler. Everyone else has wrestling in their back pocket, not at the top of their resume. I think the biggest wrestling threat in middleweight will come when Khamzat decides he's better off gunning for Izzy than gunning for Usman.
His grappling looked a little clumsy ,but the overall performance on the ground was really good. This man has the word kickboxing tattooed on his body. That should say a lot. Where are you now Izzy ?? Keep running bro....
What are u talking about?Running?🤣,see him at the top first😝👌and Izzy is on another level now
@Agent 47 Ask 43yo Romero . 43yo Romero with 3 losses in 3 last fight still make Izzy run like chicken
Joe creamed his pants just standing next to him
Future Champ 😎😎😎😎
Fu-k the rankings I wanna see Izzy v Alex now
I think this guy is a legit threat to Izzy. He’s a tall, long, talented Kick boxer just like Izzy. Izzy always beats people with his reach. He won’t have that advantage against Periera. A betting man still picks Izzy but this guy has a better chance to dethrone than anyone else in the division IMO.
he is 2/0 vs him so far and he also have koed him.
@@bensylver5113 Yes but Izzy would have won that 2nd fight EASILY on points with just seconds left. So while on paper it looks like Perreira is this guy that Izzy just can't crack, in reality, Izzy has had A LOT of success against him, just didn't execute the game plan all the way.
He is definitely a tough opponent, but definitely not some sort of Kryptonite.
@@Bprovo Iff IF IF BUT at the end of the day he still got koed right ?
This guy beat twice Izzy so he have this advantage over him when izzy see this guy he see the guy that knock him out.
He's a nasty striker everything he throws are with intent and power. Give him someone in the top already before they get older like costa, gastelum or till.
You don't wanna Darren till him remember when he was catapulted into the spotlight to fast give him a top 15 guy maybe holland his biggest test is going to be brunson who's gate keeping middleweight right now
@@N1SRG That's true. But at the same time their different people. I'd say give him someone known and let him get to the top before they get older.
Once again, when will the UFC show the correct replays during the interview?
Man Izzy has a contender now after a long tym❤️
