How do you know you’ve found your twin flame???? I used to have synchronicities and have this one guy in my mind all the time since I ever met him! I purged the drinking over 12 yrs ago but he kept gambling. We have been separated for 8 months this time. I have no idea if he is still gambling or not. I keep believing God is working on him. stage 3/4…. after almost two years of first meeting my twin, ive corrected self esteem issues, co-dependency tendencies and worked toward ending generational curses. In the present reality, im at place where im surrending to my growth not looking to see if he's caught up and being at peace that when he's ready he will come and thats the person i want in my life. i wont settle for anything less. all this and im only 20 yrs old. already learned so much and ready to learn even more.

Well! This has clarified so much for me. I now see I have gone from Separation and gliding into Surrender. It’s been extremely painful. But I’m ready just to work on myself now.

We are in union, stage 5 potentially 6. We are still learning to balance ourselves knowing that we must be balance to be in harmony with each other, which means giving each other the time and space to heal as we need. It is challenging and beautiful and freeing and the love is tremendous!

I can tell by listening to your story that you're a real twin flame. I met my twin flame when I was twelve years old but didn't have mystical soul merging with him until I was 50, I'm 55 now and we're still not in a physical union. I'm just now recently coming to terms with the codependency issues I was dealing with. So, it was nice to hear someone else say that they knew their twin flame many years ago before the merging. I've seen some other people on youtube teaching about the twin flame journey and I can instantly tell that they person they're with is not a twin. The last time we saw each other was 20 years ago after much goings on in both our lives. Two years ago, myTF kept contacting me several times through FB Messenger and I was avoiding him because I knew what would happen. After two years of MANY requests, I contacted him in August/2017 and it is in FULL BLOWN INTENSITY!! I am aware that divorce must happen because the current relationship doesn't work anymore. I try hard to save mine not thinking of giving up that easily. Why is that separation is a common thing in these relationships? I can't understand that part. Because here I was minding my own business then I bumped into this amazing soul. We should mention that some tf do not reconcile. They teach each other valuable lessons but don't end up together. Are me and my DM rushing our journey when we mutually agreed we no longer wanted to be in no contact seperation that we were on for about 3 months. My DM said he did not want to lose me and that our relationship was special to him. So I agreed we could spend time being together again intimately or just to spend time getting to know each other again as we started off doing from the beginning after we first met during our bubble love phase ...just before separating. Are we now rushing our reunion since we are together again but not fully reunited yet? We both know we have a lot of clearing, purging and releasing yet to do. I think I'm at stage 3, 4 or even 5. I found her this year. I'm getting tired of overanalyzing and overthinking things. I've been abandoned before to the point I'd have to take some sort of leadership role and being the protector of the family. I want to rid of this codependency and abandonment. I've been meditating a whole lot more lately. Synchronicities are always blaring up like crazy. I'm working more on myself; I really need to heal my inner child. I don't have much of an ego. Recently, I had a really interesting situation happen, or should I say it's been ongoing for years. As Steve Jobs said once: "you can't connect dots going forward, you can only connect them looking back" - and that is kind of what I am trying to do. But then I am wondering if it is all in my head and I am "reading" things where there is nothing to "read".Back in 2006 I was looking for a new job and interviewed with several different companies in the same field. I kept going back to one particular team and really wanted to call them for an interview but for some reason I felt so intimidated by the guy who was the owner, even tho I never met him in a person. So, I decided to go with a different company without ever interviewing with him. Several years later, he showed up at my place of work (we are both in sales), we chatted for a little bit and all that was going thru my head was how he is not intimidating or arrogant at all (excuses I gave to myself to not interview with him before). To the contrary, he was very pleasant to talk to, easy to connect, almost had a calming effect on me. We chatted some more and on his way out we did a handshake. The moment our hands touched I felt as if I was struck but some unexplained energy that went thru my whole body in a split second, my heart started racing, it's as if something took over my mind and my body. He walked out and I was standing there wondering what just happened. I was in my late 20s then and never experienced something like this despite the fact that I was constantly out and about meeting new people every day. Few years later I happen to sit next to him at some seminar, I could barely speak few words to him but I felt his presence very much. And I keep brushing this off as some weird feeling, something not worth me thinking about it much. Yesterday, almost nine years after our first meeting, we met again and the very same thing happen again. The handshake and that same unexplained energy coming from him made me weak in my knees, nervous yet calm, almost as feeling "safe" next to him. It's really difficult to explain, even to my self much less to someone else. I don't know much about him except that we work in the same field and that he's now living in a city about an hour away, don't know if he's married, in a relationship or single, and I don't know what to think about all this. Why does one person out of hundreds of them I met in last almost 40 years has such effect on me? Some of my friends said I should investigate this more and initiate a meeting but here is where the doubt sets in: what if he says no, or if he's married, or if he thinks I am bit crazy, or .... I don't even know what to say to him? I am a person who is perfect match maker for everyone else but when it comes to me...yeah totally different story. :(

I met my Twin 10 yrs ago when I was 16. I knew him but we never talked. We saw each other everyday in highschool for 3 yrs, just like we were watching each other for that whole time. Hi me and my other half met 3 years ago just befor my birthday April 17th but fully understood what we both wanted on that day I turned 30.. when I say fully understood I mean both are lives were very hard and complicated I was married and was having problems she was having problems and had split with her partner.. but we had all ready seen each other out one day one year prior to that where we first saw each other for the very 1st time...it was amazing she was the most beautiful lady I have ever seen in my life! She was the empty part that made me whole the part I was missing.. I had found not just a partner but a best friend.. I fully found out she was my twin from taking acid..well LSD some call it...I'm sorry I'm not a normal kind of person well totally different to what I see others put...my life has been hard and I bet everyone else have..we all have are own struggles and path in life..see km doing it again off track sorry..I would be no good writing a book..well back..we had lsd one day in a hotel and OMG 😳 it was amazing I'm sorry to say to people that are anti drug...well I am now but I wasn't then 😂 it was the most mind blowing experience I have ever had in my life. I had it many times befor but it was her 1st ever time and she was anti drug and always has been so for her to agree to have this with me was a big thing but when I said it to her there was no battle she just said yes. It's like I knew we had to have it..the thing we seen and experienced together was truly something very special and the best thing is we were seeing the same things I would have past life visions of seeing her in the olden days and so many other things it's like we seen every lifetime together and she was my queen in everyone the journey was amazing but we both had that feeling we had never felt befor..after a few weeks we had a tarot card reading done by a friend of her who is very spiritual..she said to us do u know what twin flames are...and we both replied yes because we were both already on the spiritual path and doing lists of research trying to find out stuff well she was but I was I was slowly changing in ways slowly to be the person I was ment to be...my higher self..we both were but she was the more spiritual one..we both stopped drinking, going out Partying. I would just take her for meals and cinema and bowling just normal stuff. but we both started to see 11.11 all the time and all the other angel numbers then we would learn so much other stuff life path number and awakening and the dark night of the soul and we have both been through so much together the 1st 2years were fantastic the best time of my life..we went away on holidays and had so much fun and connected so much..but my life is so hard and difficult and different to hers..she has kids 5 kids what I love with all my heart and class as my mine..because I love her that much and I have no kids and my lifestyle is very different. Any way I'm just trying to let u get a feel of things because it's been the best experience of my life but also very very hard at the same time..we have been through so much stuff..well after we met I got my own house a beautiful 2bed in another town about 30min drive away and got all the stuff delivered but would be spending every day with her and the kids I could not keep away from her as much as I tried to everything would just keep pulling me to her the feelings amazing I even went on holidays for 2weeks and being there for just a week was so hard I missed her so much but would call her loads of times in the time I was there..till i had to leave i missed her that much so i went and booked a ticket to come back and surprise her i paid more for the ticket coming back then it was going with accommodation but I just had to with her..anyway I had my place but ended up not even spending one night there so I gave it up and moved in with her and the kids. All was great then one day I had a something happened that changed my life it pulled us both apart I had so much stress she was affected seeing me the way I was..then the devil attacked me big time and I left her and started to stay in hotels we did not talk for about a month n were on and off on and off and since then life has just pulled us more and more apart it kills me..but all the time we been apart I have been faithful and not been out Partying or even with friends I just spend my time alone..in my heart there is no1 else but her that I ever want to be with she is my world and she remains on the right path yet I have fallen off track because this matrix makes things very hard for me... well anyway what I wanted to know is why everything is so great but yet so l hard and difficult and a struggle when u meet your other half...why does it become so stressful?

I've been seeing 11:11, 1:11 for about 30yrs then various triple digits 222,333,444,555 mostly on clocks within the past 10 yrs. I commute via bus starting this year on a new job. one day on a commute in, I noticed a woman staring at me in a way I've never seen before,I smiled back and we went on our way. This was intriguing to me. The following day i saved a seat to find out what was going on. when we looked into each others eyes, I was moved as was she. since then, we sat together from time to time. more recently, she was avoiding me, almost running away and I know its not me, but her. We are both married to other people and we are both committed to our marriages but I believe we could be friends and I dont think she can handle it when she looks at me, Its that strong. I see warmth and comfort when I look into her eye's and I know she shes the same. I see beautiful women all the time, and to me, they are just what they are, beautiful but I am not motivated to pursue any of them ever. This may sound weird but it seems like I've known the inner part of her for a very long time. In order to put her at ease, I've have been taking a bus at a different time for about a month now. I think it's something that the soul knows, but being a scientific person with a doctorate, I understand the need for facts. This journey is a lot about surrender and trust and at the end of the day your soul will know when / if it is time to know. Hi, I’m reading your book now ‘Twin Flame code breaker’ and almost half way through the book. I must say for me until this point, I would call this book a ‘life book’ that should be read find yourself again. Most of the time I am forgetting that it’s about twin flames. Not sure if ‘we’ will end up together one day because he is married but the book already helped me to not want food. For many years now I had the urge to snack on something and go and buy food...now this urge is gone! It’s weird because my body is still programmed to ‘go and buy’ but it’s nice because sometimes I was binge eating and now I feel hungry but I eat much less and I think I can choose more wisely and less what I eat now! So Thank you... I have problems at this moment of falling asleep and never in my life had them... not sure why. Practicing self-love and I felt so much love it was amazing...maybe that’s why my eating habits ended because I didn’t need anything more...love is all we need. But yesterday I had a bit low day, but this low moment was a bit calmer and more understanding of myself ♥️but now I need to teach my body how to react to all this ‘new’ or I shall say ‘me again’ mind that is a bit more self-loving and calm! I will need to read your book again probably as there is lots of info and I mean good info which I will use to make my dreams reality and which I never felt enough to do so. How do you know you’ve found your twin flame???? I used to have synchronicities and have this one guy in my mind all the time since I ever met him! stage 3/4…. after almost two years of first meeting my twin, ive corrected self esteem issues, co-dependency tendencies and worked toward ending generational curses. In the present reality, im at place where im surrending to my growth not looking to see if he's caught up and being at peace that when he's ready he will come and thats the person i want in my life. i wont settle for anything less. all this and im only 20 yrs old. already learned so much and ready to learn even more.

I can tell by listening to your story that you're a real twin flame. I met my twin flame when I was twelve years old but didn't have mystical soul merging with him until I was 50, I'm 55 now and we're still not in a physical union. I'm just now recently coming to terms with the codependency issues I was dealing with. So, it was nice to hear someone else say that they knew their twin flame many years ago before the merging. I've seen some other people on youtube teaching about the twin flame journey and I can instantly tell that they person they're with is not a twin. Like how can you call someone your twin flame and you've never had any mystical merging moment with that person...no separation, etc.? Anyway, great video.

The last time we saw each other was 20 years ago after much goings on in both our lives. Two years ago, myTF kept contacting me several times through FB Messenger and I was avoiding him because I knew what would happen. After two years of MANY requests, I contacted him in August/2017 and it is in FULL BLOWN INTENSITY!! Two other matters, I, being the female am 15 years older; which never mattered to him....we both are in sexless marriages, have thought about each other EVERYDAY and are both practicing devout Catholics; which we both know that adultery is against our beliefs; but we both FEEL we must UNITE and will be together next month in March. We are both nervous and at the same time KNOW that our souls need to reunite. OUR LOVE IS LIKE A DRUG/COCAINE; so POWERFUL that there’s no explanation as to its INTENSITY! I am aware that divorce must happen because the current relationship doesn't work anymore. I try hard to save mine not thinking of giving up that easily. I couldn't be happy knowing that I left someone behind in his misery. I am still holding on even though the universe is sending me messages and signs that this is over.

Why is that separation is a common thing in these relationships? I can't understand that part. Because here I was minding my own business then I bumped into this amazing soul. And I am fairly an attractive woman and have no problem getting a man to chase.. but with this pull and push sometimes it just hurts me because I can't seem to get this person out of my mind no matter how hard I try. I met my true Twin flame on the bus today. I was dealing with a false twin flame relationship before then. She boarded at 11:11 and when we made eye contact straight away without saying a word we connected and those we never physically spoke or did anything but we had a long telepathic talk together though. All the signs of a true twin flame were present.
This why i am feeling paranoid?? We should mention that some tf do not reconcile. They teach each other valuable lessons but don't end up together. The unconditional love and recognition is there however this may not be the life to reunite. In a different parallel, it may happen though.

Are me and my DM rushing our journey when we mutually agreed we no longer wanted to be in no contact seperation that we were on for about 3 months. My DM said he did not want to lose me and that our relationship was special to him. So I agreed we could spend time being together again intimately or just to spend time getting to know each other again as we started off doing from the beginning after we first met during our bubble love phase ...just before separating. I think I'm at stage 3, 4 or even 5. I found her this year. I'm getting tired of overanalyzing and overthinking things. I've been abandoned before to the point I'd have to take some sort of leadership role and being the protector of the family. I want to rid of this codependency and abandonment. I've been meditating a whole lot more lately. Synchronicities are always blaring up like crazy. I'm working more on myself; I really need to heal my inner child. I don't have much of an ego. I do need to work on my patience more and learn how to surrender properly. I really want to help my TF heal too. I think going through this at 2019 had me to look deeper into myself.

Recently, I had a really interesting situation happen, or should I say it's been ongoing for years. As Steve Jobs said once: "you can't connect dots going forward, you can only connect them looking back" - and that is kind of what I am trying to do. But then I am wondering if it is all in my head and I am "reading" things where there is nothing to "read".Back in 2006 I was looking for a new job and interviewed with several different companies in the same field. I kept going back to one particular team and really wanted to call them for an interview but for some reason I felt so intimidated by the guy who was the owner, even tho I never met him in a person. So, I decided to go with a different company without ever interviewing with him. Several years later, he showed up at my place of work (we are both in sales), we chatted for a little bit and all that was going thru my head was how he is not intimidating or arrogant at all (excuses I gave to myself to not interview with him before). To the contrary, he was very pleasant to talk to, easy to connect, almost had a calming effect on me. We chatted some more and on his way out we did a handshake. The moment our hands touched I felt as if I was struck but some unexplained energy that went thru my whole body in a split second, my heart started racing, it's as if something took over my mind and my body. He walked out and I was standing there wondering what just happened. I was in my late 20s then and never experienced something like this despite the fact that I was constantly out and about meeting new people every day. Few years later I happen to sit next to him at some seminar, I could barely speak few words to him but I felt his presence very much. And I keep brushing this off as some weird feeling, something not worth me thinking about it much. Yesterday, almost nine years after our first meeting, we met again and the very same thing happen again. The handshake and that same unexplained energy coming from him made me weak in my knees, nervous yet calm, almost as feeling "safe" next to him. It's really difficult to explain, even to my self much less to someone else. I don't know much about him except that we work in the same field and that he's now living in a city about an hour away, don't know if he's married, in a relationship or single, and I don't know what to think about all this. Why does one person out of hundreds of them I met in last almost 40 years has such effect on me? Some of my friends said I should investigate this more and initiate a meeting but here is where the doubt sets in: what if he says no, or if he's married, or if he thinks I am bit crazy, or .... I don't even know what to say to him? I am a person who is perfect match maker for everyone else but when it comes to me...yeah totally different story. :(
Think... first , when universe put on your live one person twice times later too much time thats a sign right , if you have that feeling and the people around you said that ,do it , when that happens to me i didn't do ...and right now I knew that he love me , but I left him because I didnt know what he will say me , today he is so far from me , in another country with other people because he wanted something new , that I would be that something new for him ....if you don't do that you never know what should be happend , you don't know if he will be your husband , your partner ,your twin flame or a false twin flame in this case you have to learn later you find your ultime lover or learn other things that can help you in the future , the life is that , do it , you can the universe never put in our life situation that we can't resolve or we suffer so much

Thank you so much! My spirit guides have only revealed to me what a Twin flame is just yesterday. Everything in my life in the last two years finally make sense. I am the runner and am currently going through my karmic healing and know without a doubt that my TF is who I want to be with...We are in separation but our communication lines are still open. I met my Twin 10 yrs ago when I was 16. I knew him but we never talked. We saw each other everyday in highschool for 3 yrs, just like we were watching each other for that whole time. Hi me and my other half met 3 years ago just befor my birthday April 17th but fully understood what we both wanted on that day I turned 30.. when I say fully understood I mean both are lives were very hard and complicated I was married and was having problems she was having problems and had split with her partner.. but we had all ready seen each other out one day one year prior to that where we first saw each other for the very 1st time...it was amazing she was the most beautiful lady I have ever seen in my life! And from that day we was never apart..we both like a drink and party and were both very crazy..well I am and she had to be being my twin..we were so madly in love it was like a fairy tail we would talk for days not hours. and I mean days no sleeping took place and no drugs..she was my drug she made me feel whole and complete. She was the empty part that made me whole the part I was missing.. I had found not just a partner but a best friend.. I fully found out she was my twin from taking acid..well LSD some call it...I'm sorry I'm not a normal kind of person well totally different to what I see others put...my life has been hard and I bet everyone else have..we all have are own struggles and path in life..see km doing it again off track sorry..I would be no good writing a book..well back..we had lsd one day in a hotel and OMG 😳 it was amazing I'm sorry to say to people that are anti drug...well I am now but I wasn't then 😂 it was the most mind blowing experience I have ever had in my life. I had it many times befor but it was her 1st ever time and she was anti drug and always has been so for her to agree to have this with me was a big thing but when I said it to her there was no battle she just said yes. It's like I knew we had to have it..the thing we seen and experienced together was truly something very special and the best thing is we were seeing the same things I would have past life visions of seeing her in the olden days and so many other things it's like we seen every lifetime together and she was my queen in everyone the journey was amazing but we both had that feeling we had never felt befor..after a few weeks we had a tarot card reading done by a friend of her who is very spiritual..she said to us do u know what twin flames are...and we both replied yes because we were both already on the spiritual path and doing lists of research trying to find out stuff well she was but I was I was slowly changing in ways slowly to be the person I was ment to be...my higher self..we both were but she was the more spiritual one..we both stopped drinking, going out Partying. I would just take her for meals and cinema and bowling just normal stuff. but we both started to see 11.11 all the time and all the other angel numbers then we would learn so much other stuff life path number and awakening and the dark night of the soul and we have both been through so much together the 1st 2years were fantastic the best time of my life..we went away on holidays and had so much fun and connected so much..but my life is so hard and difficult and different to hers..she has kids 5 kids what I love with all my heart and class as my mine..because I love her that much and I have no kids and my lifestyle is very different. Any way I'm just trying to let u get a feel of things because it's been the best experience of my life but also very very hard at the same time..we have been through so much stuff..well after we met I got my own house a beautiful 2bed in another town about 30min drive away and got all the stuff delivered but would be spending every day with her and the kids I could not keep away from her as much as I tried to everything would just keep pulling me to her the feelings amazing I even went on holidays for 2weeks and being there for just a week was so hard I missed her so much but would call her loads of times in the time I was there..till i had to leave i missed her that much so i went and booked a ticket to come back and surprise her i paid more for the ticket coming back then it was going with accommodation but I just had to with her..anyway I had my place but ended up not even spending one night there so I gave it up and moved in with her and the kids. All was great then one day I had a something happened that changed my life it pulled us both apart I had so much stress she was affected seeing me the way I was..then the devil attacked me big time and I left her and started to stay in hotels we did not talk for about a month n were on and off on and off and since then life has just pulled us more and more apart it kills me..but all the time we been apart I have been faithful and not been out Partying or even with friends I just spend my time alone..in my heart there is no1 else but her that I ever want to be with she is my world and she remains on the right path yet I have fallen off track because this matrix makes things very hard for me... well anyway what I wanted to know is why everything is so great but yet so l hard and difficult and a struggle when u meet your other half...why does it become so stressful?

I've been seeing 11:11, 1:11 for about 30yrs then various triple digits 222,333,444,555 mostly on clocks within the past 10 yrs. I commute via bus starting this year on a new job. one day on a commute in, I noticed a woman staring at me in a way I've never seen before,I smiled back and we went on our way. This was intriguing to me. The following day i saved a seat to find out what was going on. when we looked into each others eyes, I was moved as was she. since then, we sat together from time to time. more recently, she was avoiding me, almost running away and I know its not me, but her. We are both married to other people and we are both committed to our marriages but I believe we could be friends and I dont think she can handle it when she looks at me, Its that strong. I see warmth and comfort when I look into her eye's and I know she shes the same. I see beautiful women all the time, and to me, they are just what they are, beautiful but I am not motivated to pursue any of them ever. This may sound weird but it seems like I've known the inner part of her for a very long time. In order to put her at ease, I've have been taking a bus at a different time for about a month now. I want to see her but dont want to complicate her life. :-(

I think it's something that the soul knows, but being a scientific person with a doctorate, I understand the need for facts. 99.5% of these people thinking their have a twin flames are not real twin flame. Real twin flame is very rare, not just rare. Not all of human on earth has a twin , aren’t we?! Hi, I’m reading your book now ‘Twin Flame code breaker’ and almost half way through the book. I must say for me until this point, I would call this book a ‘life book’ that should be read find yourself again.
Most of the time I am forgetting that it’s about twin flames.
Not sure if ‘we’ will end up together one day because he is married but the book already helped me to not want food.
For many years now I had the urge to snack on something and go and buy food...now this urge is gone! It’s weird because my body is still programmed to ‘go and buy’ but it’s nice because sometimes I was binge eating and now I feel hungry but I eat much less and I think I can choose more wisely and less what I eat now! So Thank you...
I have problems at this moment of falling asleep and never in my life had them... not sure why.
Practicing self-love and I felt so much love it was amazing...maybe that’s why my eating habits ended because I didn’t need anything more...love is all we need.
But yesterday I had a bit low day, but this low moment was a bit calmer and more understanding of myself ♥️but now I need to teach my body how to react to all this ‘new’ or I shall say ‘me again’ mind that is a bit more self-loving and calm!
I will need to read your book again probably as there is lots of info and I mean good info which I will use to make my dreams reality and which I never felt enough to do so.

I knew this person for long time but didn’t get any signals...one year after his marriage we both got signs from the ‘universe’ that he is the one and that I was the one. It happened in very, very unexpected time and place and almost for his one year of wedding anniversary...
felt sorry for him because he really thought his wife is his girl...the one!
I’m still not sure why the universe revealed all that to us after his marriage.
He is a catholic so I’m not sure if he believes in spirituality and past lives but for sure he knows about finding ‘the one’ and that he now found it and that his wife is not the one.
All of this is confusing but I accept what has happened and I am focusing on my life, purpose and progress and stopped hoping for anything to do with him.
If the reunion will happen that would be wonderful but I guess that would be up to our destiny.

Is there a video you can refer me to or advice on if one has an addiction and how to move through that. I’ve set a standard in myself to be of pure nature and addictions of all kinds of have to be purged. Is it smarter for me to not make any moves towards the other till their addiction is clear.
