TSA doesn't allow firearms, or other weapons on planes, as such, Terrorists have to be rather crafty with their stuff. Since the parts are 3D printed, and made of a plastic they can be concealed in luggage or on a person much easier. You have the metal parts, such as the springs, trigger, and firing pin, but those can concealed as a necklace, or perhaps loose trash among your luggage. Unless your specifically searching for firearms, the common man wouldn't know what all the pieces are. Hence why they are able to smuggle those weapons on the plane.

The weapon balance was bad, but it was sledgehammers first cod and they had tons of loot box variants to balance so I don’t see that being an issue. Like what would actually be bad about the inherent idea of an aw2 that can’t be fixed?

In jason Schreier's article, people at SHG pitched the idea of AW2 to upper management, but they just could not convince them that it was a good idea. I would love an open world/non linear CoD campaign but I feel like this game will be used as a reason to never do it. Also BO3 was definitely a bad campaign but I honestly never felt it was awful. I think BO3 had an interesting start to me it just seemed like they didn’t know how to end it. Also tbh the co-op aspect for BO3 with the pre-level and having camos specifically for campaign was an absolute great idea. It was just paired with a bad story and we have never seen it return which makes me sad.
Only ridiculous thing was one man army. The killstreaks we’re somewhat unbalanced, but in an actual lobby with decent players, you don’t just see Chopper gunners and AC130s constantly.
Most ppl didn't play mw2 because it was balanced some mostly played just to socialize and trash talk which also kept player engagement Cuz lobbies weren't being forcibly broken up every match

I liked Zombies enough to get Borealis for MW3 weapons. Bioluminescent for MW2 weapons. And even getting every single MW2 weapon Bio. Needed 51? Nah. 77. Thats the only good thing i can say about MW3... OH and aftermarket parts (AMPs) are pretty fucking neat :)👍🏽

I remember when they said that there would be no new COD for 2023. I was skeptical but was hopeful that it was true. It seemed plausible since Warzone 2.0 had just started and MW2 reboot seemed like a game that they could throw DLC and other stuff at to last for 2 or 3 years. But nope!

Definitely a co-op mode, I find it rather unenjoyable solo despite still doing so for the camo grind when my friends are at work Overall for a non round based experience, it's not as bad as I was expecting, just wish the time was extended

Nah Ac 130 missions can be amazing. Like in the og modern warfares. The first mission you see the what kind of destruction they can cau as e first hand. You see bullets coming from seamingly nowhere killing people. They the very next mission you are in the seat. Those lives that where so real just one mission ago are now reduced to nothing but white dots.
I have to say its pretty dumb to say they "took out round based" when this is a modern warfare game, where we never normally have zombies, so there is no round based to remove if this was a black ops game sure, but its not, there is no round based zombies to get rid of when the base line for Modern Warfare games is no zombies at all

I could be wrong, but from what I saw doing some weapon unlocks; as long as you finish those 3 daily challenges then every time you complete a match in zombies you’ll get 1 point to that progression. For example if you have a weapon queued requiring 5, but only have 1 and finished your daily challenges already, then everytime you successfully exfil in zombies then you’ll get a point. Again I could be wrong, but just saying it since I noticed something with points last night.
The funny things is that Vanguard Zombies was more “Zombie” than this Warzone crap. It had atmosphere, characters, very good voice acting, art direction, sound. Even if the gameplay was terrible, it can easily be better than this crap.

I know I'm about to lay out a hail mary, but, if I were to do the next COD in the MW universe, literally forget ALL of MWIII happened, and just redo it. Literally erase all of MWIII from the story and redo it with smarter characters, better story, better Makarov, better send off for Soap if they want to do it right (or another character), and just. do. it. BETTER. Hell, if in MW4 they just say "oh yeah, MWIII was a simulation", I'd be fine with that, and then we move onto a better general story. I know this is a long shot, but this would be the best way they could redeem this, IF they truly care. Getting boot off mwz has happened to me a few times already! Why? Because I took someone's car that I didn't see or know that someone was going to for. That's why if I see other players going for the same car that I know, I'll get the car first. I turn away. First, I thought my game crashed or froze, but it was happening more than 5 times to me and others I play with. we figured out that it was because of unhappy gamers who didn't get to the car first. MWZ should allow solo players to play solo with no other players and have unlimited time for both solo and team players also allowing the solo players to play the game without having to worry about other players messing it up for them.. keep solo players and team players away from one another and just have one team and 2 or 3 different teams! I get some like that, but fighting for contracts is annoying. Also, it would have been nice to have private solo zombies matches, allowing you to pause the damn game.. WAIT A MINUTE!! OUTBREAK has all of that! Could had made it outbreak 2, but no... had to make it for WZ and DMZ players and not Zombie players.

From what I've heard, I think the campaign being a side story would have been a lot better than what we got. i like mwz it just fucking sucks that its on the warzone map. imagine a warzone-sized map in the dark aether made specifically for zombies. the main problem why i cant get invested in the story is because the warzone map breaks ALL of the immersion for me. why should i be caring when im not immersed whatsoever. thats the one big complaint i have. other than that i think the gameplay is fucking stellar and im so happy i ended up trying out this game after all
The problem is also that no one wants a giant open world map, no one wants multiplayer characters on zombies, no one wants any other multiplayer&warzone crap in this mode.

I pre ordered MW3 and then saw the zombies trailers and refunded it after my 20+ hours of the closed pre order beta. I never knew you could Steam refund after 20 hours of a pore order bonus beta but I did it. Best $70 I got back of my life. I never would've thought seeing a zombies mode would make me refund a game, I got the literal timeline on my wall, I just want old Bo3 zombies back

I liked Zombies enough to get Borealis for MW3 weapons. Bioluminescent for MW2 weapons. And even getting every single MW2 weapon Bio. Needed 51? Nah. 77. Thats the only good thing i can say about MW3...

I remember when they said that there would be no new COD for 2023. I was skeptical but was hopeful that it was true. It seemed plausible since Warzone 2.0 had just started and MW2 reboot seemed like a game that they could throw DLC and other stuff at to last for 2 or 3 years. But nope!

I do agree that MWZ should be free. I would actually play it. Despite how i feel i still want to try it. Its still a zombies experience, and i want to experience it for myself, but $70 is too much for me to drop on this

@OutgoingGamer115 I did end up trying it. I actually do like it aside from a few factors. Definitely a co-op mode, I find it rather unenjoyable solo despite still doing so for the camo grind when my friends are at work
Overall for a non round based experience, it's not as bad as I was expecting, just wish the time was extended

Nah Ac 130 missions can be amazing. Like in the og modern warfares. The first mission you see the what kind of destruction they can cau as e first hand. You see bullets coming from seamingly nowhere killing people. They the very next mission you are in the seat. Those lives that where so real just one mission ago are now reduced to nothing but white dots.
I have to say its pretty dumb to say they "took out round based" when this is a modern warfare game, where we never normally have zombies, so there is no round based to remove
if this was a black ops game sure, but its not, there is no round based zombies to get rid of when the base line for Modern Warfare games is no zombies at all

Gunsmith really feels like they tried copying Mil-sim games but forgot that the guns in those games have wildly different TTKs, instead of making attachments they give you this terrible system that ultimately feels like wasted storage space.

I could be wrong, but from what I saw doing some weapon unlocks; as long as you finish those 3 daily challenges then every time you complete a match in zombies you’ll get 1 point to that progression. For example if you have a weapon queued requiring 5, but only have 1 and finished your daily challenges already, then everytime you successfully exfil in zombies then you’ll get a point.
Again I could be wrong, but just saying it since I noticed something with points last night.

The funny things is that Vanguard Zombies was more “Zombie” than this Warzone crap. It had atmosphere, characters, very good voice acting, art direction, sound.

I know I'm about to lay out a hail mary, but, if I were to do the next COD in the MW universe, literally forget ALL of MWIII happened, and just redo it. It's clear they had jack shit for time and did a bunch of stupid shit. Literally erase all of MWIII from the story and redo it with smarter characters, better story, better Makarov, better send off for Soap if they want to do it right (or another character), and just. do. it. BETTER. Hell, if in MW4 they just say "oh yeah, MWIII was a simulation", I'd be fine with that, and then we move onto a better general story. I know this is a long shot, but this would be the best way they could redeem this, IF they truly care. Lastly, if they wrap up the story or this plot in Warzone, that would just be the cherry on the top to how offensively SHIT this whole thing/story has been. Continuing the story into Warzone would be so shitty and bad. Just my opinion, but keep the story in one place. The CAMPAIGN.
EDIT: Also, give it to Infinity Ward. They can't do much right these days, but give them time for a campaign like mw2019, and MWII, and they can make diamonds. SHG isn't bad at campaigns, but, based on what people have said, they wanted to do another game. Give it to the people who want to finish it out right and give them TIME.

Getting boot off mwz has happened to me a few times already! Why? Because I took someone's car that I didn't see or know that someone was going to for. That's why if I see other players going for the same car that I know, I'll get the car first. I turn away. First, I thought my game crashed or froze, but it was happening more than 5 times to me and others I play with. we figured out that it was because of unhappy gamers who didn't get to the car first. MWZ should allow solo players to play solo with no other players and have unlimited time for both solo and team players also allowing the solo players to play the game without having to worry about other players messing it up for them.. keep solo players and team players away from one another and just have one team and 2 or 3 different teams! I get some like that, but fighting for contracts is annoying. Also, it would have been nice to have private solo zombies matches, allowing you to pause the damn game.. WAIT A MINUTE!! OUTBREAK has all of that! Could had made it outbreak 2, but no... had to make it for WZ and DMZ players and not Zombie players.

Pick 10 is infinitely better than this stupid weapon smith bs. There was no need to over complicate COD and they only did it because games like Tarkov were getting hype for being realistic. Difference is, COD has always been an arcade shooter based in reality and there was no reason to change that
The fact that this game is even worse than Vanguard is saying a lot about Activision. Kotick fucked up what could have been a cool expansion. From what I've heard, I think the campaign being a side story would have been a lot better than what we got. I really hope Microsoft does make changes, including removing most of the upper management at Activision and its studios.
As for your question at 3:05, I am in the same boat as you, Lex. Zombies is fun, Multiplayer's kind of meh, and the campaign was so bad, I would rather play Vanguard's campaign.
The multiplayer is fun but honestly half the reason I bought it was because I assumed it would have at least some MW3 maps in it. Guess I'll do better research next time.
