Haha thank you very much for the comment! I try my best to make something interesting and informative hopefully with a different perspective. The clip is something I didn't know at first but in nuphys marketing it think it is shown very briefly and it makes the stand much more sturdy to the point you can use it on your lap! Without it larger devices like the 12.9 inch iPad pro can cause it to collapse at certain angles.

Hello and thank you for the question. There is a toggle switch on the back that goes between Mac and PC, you may be in Mac mode? If you are in Windows I would try to get in contact with the manufacturers to see what they think of the problem...
Ah... that is one thing I did not consider... In fact I had trouble finding a keyboard in Japan because I am so used to the US layout. For international keyboards you might want to check out Xtrfy, which i was looking into but couldnt find a decent priced US layout here.

Any tips on getting F1-F12 working on the windows layout? They're stuck as media keys for me with and without the FN key pressed
