easy, there is a trigger on the side, you move it to release the lock and then turn the softbox a bit so you can take it of.

Suppose a softbox is made for flash I.e. doesn't has bowens mount.. But i want to put video light with bowens in that softbox is there any converter?

coz i have the bowen mount ready for the shape of a normal speedlight..im thinking of getting the visico 5 but i think i cant use my current softbox..by the way, what do you think of the visico5?

never tries the visico5, no idea.
Bowen "ebay" accessory mount are "similar" to the original Bowen but not exactly, to fit a genuine Bowen mount you need filing a bit the mount to make it fit. This happens with all no geniune bowen accesories for patent reasons.
