Brilliant! I was flummoxed by the lack of instructions for my new Godox SA-30 softbox (30x30cm 11.8x11.8in) as an accessory to my Godox S30 light. It's a smaller cousin to yours, and it has a similar assembly and tear-down. No way I was going to get the job done without your video. I appreciate your insights, specifically the optional use of the inner white liner and the value S-Type speedlight bracket.

You are awesome! My left arm is in a sling and couldn't be used so I used my left arm/hand and feet. I could not have done this without your video. It was so difficult but I did it. So glad I am subscribed to your channel.
Everything this man said is the easiest way to setup, with one minor addition. The 1st layer of diffusion attatched very straight forward. However, You need to look for the split in the seams, in the 2nd layer of diffusion, which is where the rods go, and remember to place it low if you are attaching the grid. Otherwise you'll waste tons of time wrestling with velcro. I t's an easy thing to miss half way through setup. Also make sure you have the bowens mount (the part with 3d squares shapes around the circle) outside of the softbox. Otherwise you'll need to pull it all apart and start from scratch. That said, this is a solid explanation. Especially that bit on removing rods. This technique applies to all softbox setups. But yeah, great job. - Q

My hands are killing me but it is together. This was so incredibly helpful and you are right - I couldn't find it anywhere else. Instructions would be so great. My outter white screen isn't fitting perfectly - will have to work with that to make it smooth but I don't think I'll ever take it apart now. lol
