You are correct that many of the larger buildings are old warehouses while the rest are newer development On transit, I think it’s worth noting that Duluth had a funicular railway at one point, and there’s a decent set of assets for one on the workshop! Are you planning on doing a train museum at the union station like the one irl?

The incline railway is actually what drew me to this project in the first place! As for Union Station, I'll be doing something a little different ;)
