      Haha, thanks. Wish I could claim 100% credit, but a friend actually called my dog that and it kind of stuck.

    it surprised me how little compression it needed... was it recorded with a compressor printed? also great tips, thanks!

      I didn't record this vocal, so I can say definitively, but no - to my knowledge it was not compressed before this stage.

      All the plugins I'm using in this video is either from Kush Audio, or Slate Digital.
      It's not really about the plugins, but the process of adding saturation in order to add additional harmonics to be able to EQ the vocal properly and get the vibe we wanted.
