Is it good in the rain?

Yes it worked well in the rain and sun. We had it on our roof for about a month total. The Styrofoam will stand up to pretty much any weather and I used all weather outdoor house paint that I got discounted (returned) at the hardware store. It was really cheap that way. A couple coats and that pretty much guarantees that it stays nice and weather proof. If you have strong winds you may need to secure it like we did to something sturdy otherwise it's all weather!

We also used it over the Christmas Holidays as a fireplace for our Nightmare Before Christmas scene that we did. So really it stood up to 2 months of California weather! We still have it stored and will use it again this Christmas. Very sturdy and easy to repair if anything gets damaged. I really recommend the glue we used that I listed in the comments. It has worked for me for years on Styrofoam and pretty much any surface I need glued together. Thanks for the question!

@@CrazyCraftCorner awesome thank you so much for the quick reply! I did a diy miss Argentina last year and it was a huge hit in my neighborhood, so much so that families took pictures with me haha (I'm probably in someone's photo album)

Just to let you know we have now used it outside for another Christmas season and it still has not needed any repairs so it has held up incredibly well. It's stored inside during the rest of the year.
