  • Thomas Brown is Creative Director at Vessel Studios, where he produces animations for the pharmaceutical industry. His work is known for its uniquely simple imaginative design, and he has been sharing C4D techniques for visualizing the microscopic world sense 2003. Along with making animations for companies like Merck, Amgen, and Pfizer, his animations have been shown in some fun places, like the SIGGRAPH Evening Theater and Times Square.
In his presentation, Thomas demonstrates how to use C4D's new Volume Builder and Mesher to create intricate microscopic worlds. Inspired by the 3-dimensional jigsaw puzzles of human histology, these techniques weave together blood vessels, glands, nerves, and other structural whimsy to create previously unattainable organic conglomerations.

I saw the first presentation and I think this is the same one, but ...
Spectacular! Amazing! That is one presentation that I will see over and over again 'till I understand the "how to" of this volume meshing ...
    Thumbs up for this guy!

@ 38:30 you need to add some fore in order to make hair to deviate. With 0 force hair will stay in 0 position. Otherwise this is really great knowledge and problem solving video. Thank you.
