Nearly 14 years later... a question: In Medical Pavilion is there any way you can climb up onto the balcony and into the room above the Surgery lobby (or whatever it's called) -- the same balcony from which the nitro splicer throws explosives at you so that you can catch and throw them to unblock the entrance into Steinman's surgical wing? You can also continue to catch explosives and throw them back at the nitro splicer on the balcony to stop him. But as far as I can tell, all other entrances to that area above are closed and locked up. The only things to climb on below that balcony are a chair, a couch and a trunk. It seems impossible to climb up there and take a look around. This has always been a mystery to me. A room with no access.
When I first found it it was fairly obvious to me. I saw the positioning of the beams and saw the stack of crates and thought "years, that probably leads somewhere" I'm only on the video because I'm searching for any other secrets I may have actually missed. None missed so far.
If I were stuck in Rapture, that would be my sleeping/stash hideout safe room
Shame there wasn't anything cool up there. All that effort to find a shotgun and a bag of shit
WOW! I completed the game 3 times and I never even realised this room was up there!
Acadia is a place of many secrets... I'll never forget running into the first Houdini splicer and discovering the mysterious Saturnine cult
A secret room above a secret room.
I miss the U-Invent machines. A fun little mechanic quirk that rewarded us well.
I played through this game 5 times and Platinum'd it twice and I had no idea this shit was even here.
😲🤯 mind blown I had no idea that was there I have to start over or beat it and play again thanks
There's no reason to put quotes around the word 'secret'. This is absolutely a secret. Nice job finding it.
1:10 Half naked dead lady and coffee grinds, I can only imange how that happened.
Would you have thought that I'm playing the remaster 11 years later and this video was helpful 🔮 thanks
I played the game as a teenager, but I never made it to the end. I bought the series a couple of weeks ago, so it is better later than never.
@@fpeter01 worth finishing. I beat the whole thing in two nights two sittings it was soooo. Good
@@fpeter01 same, but I finished Bioshock 2 and Infinite before I could finishing playing part 1
in the farmers market there are also so a room. with 2 hack arrows and facial expressions (I think 3).
damn i missed that one hah!
Обожаю BioShock из-за таких секреток.
Played this prolly 20 times and never noticed that. Thanks !

I used a fly cheat to get up there. It's just a short dead end hallway with nothing in it.
I didn’t know you could climb on the U invent 😤😤 spend 10 minutes trying to stack the boxes with telekinesis until I got it
Very nice
well we never look up,good job for finding it.
Maybe this room is a hideout for a splicer who eventually went COMPLETELY insane and shot itself…
@TrackMania753 Thank you. :3
Dude, you're batman. Awesome work.
Yea, i got on top but fell down and had to use telekenisis to restack the boxes =P
@MusicianHeaven It's fertilizer.

@MusicianHeaven lol nice
Nice find
never saw that secret room :o nice job :D
Whooobs , sorry man. What other games do you play ?
No-one knew this was there? Really? Just go to the map and look for unhighlighted areas of the map.
It doesn't show up on the map so it's easy to miss.
how would someone ever find that i wonder if he so didnt know where to go and started climbing crates lol
