I just did this lmao the gun enemies in that section ☠️ from the pistol so fast which is ironic considering they are the ones holding guns 😅 (no idea why I had the nostalgia to play this game again but it's fun. I am mad that I messed up getting the 4th little sister in Neptune Bay, but it is what it is. I'll just have to get Arcadia's 3 little sisters.)

Nearly 14 years later... a question: In Medical Pavilion is there any way you can climb up onto the balcony and into the room above the Surgery lobby (or whatever it's called) -- the same balcony from which the nitro splicer throws explosives at you so that you can catch and throw them to unblock the entrance into Steinman's surgical wing? You can also continue to catch explosives and throw them back at the nitro splicer on the balcony to stop him. But as far as I can tell, all other entrances to that area above are closed and locked up. The only things to climb on below that balcony are a chair, a couch and a trunk. It seems impossible to climb up there and take a look around. This has always been a mystery to me. A room with no access.

I love games like this that have small stuff you can miss.. another game you can miss a lot on from this era is dead rising

That's kinda cool but I always had so much money I'd skip hacking to spend more money haha

Why does ppl always tend to upgrade machine guns first and not the really heavy onces like grenade launchers or shotguns? It makes the game so much easier. Also, am not quite the fan of the machine guns here. They were like only useful against steinman but when you start facing nitro splicer and splicers with machine gun, they're pretty rubbish. Alot of ammo, but miserable against almost any type of foe.
