Hima das sustained a hamstring injury during 100m heats of 'National inter state athletics championship' because of which she pulled out of 100m and 4×100m finals . That 12.01 was before finals . Yet to recover fully she ran in 200m but finished fifth , so she missed Tokyo . And why do you think she can't get injured , even after she is actually injured .

That wasn't acceleration. Hima Das slowed down the least compared to the other runners who decelerated more through tiredness.
