Day1- i barely complete round though I'm 21 year's old 54 kg 5feet 9 , no heath issue, but hard to complete round Day 25 - i ran 400m in 1min 33 sec Day 70 - i ran 400 m in 60 sec Point is it's bean 5 months and I'm still on 59/60 sec Yeah i don't have guidance /or that sitting stand if i have done that I'll need 1 min 3eec... See if you haven't run , You just don't know how hard it is... It's not just body but your brain also want to Gave up... don't say bad or dislikes ...you can say she can improve ..they all can improve ...
