【Dessert Recipe】Tapioca Pearl Dumplings/ Sago Dumplings [Eng Sub]

- Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon. Many Chinese people would pack rice dumplings for the festival. However, the traditional dumplings are high in calories. Therefore, this recipe will make tapioca pearl dumplings that are light and cool. It is crystal clear and has springy texture and match with sweet and creamy purple yam mash fillings. If you want to have a richer taste, you can add some coconut milk and eat it one hour after cooling or ice.
🍽Quantity: 25 pieces
🧂Ingredients:
300g Tapioca pearl/ Sago
15g Crystal sugar powder
10g Oil
120g Water
Bamboo leaves/ Reed leaves
Cotton rope
Purple Yam Fillings:
250g Purple yam
25g Crystal sugar powder
5g Oil
60g coconut milk
5g Corn starch
