Anyone could see that Casemiro was out of it last season already and we didn't really replace him. Mount was an unnecessary buy, because we have kids to embed in the team in that position. Onana is not a shot stopper, we let go of a shotstopper and bought a distributor, and we are not playing the way he plays. What was that all about?

Welbeck and Lallana were rejects, but they look so good on that team. ETH needs to make these players play his game style. Rashfords ball retention is abysmal, same to many players on that team.

All of Brighton goals looked like counter attacks but none of them came from turnovers. Easy bypass of the attack and midfield and nobody could really be bothered to run back. Of course we'll concede goals that way and we can't pick runners. When man city/Brighton/Arsenal loose the ball, their wingers play full back positions. It's essential to be narrow and compact if you don't have the ball but we never do that. To compound that problem, we don't keep the ball well either. It's shameful. I like Ten Hag but I thought Rashford should have been taken off instead of Rasmus. Man city last season on the ball had the most space between their players to stretch the opposition and off the ball had the least space between their players to make it hard to break down. You can't defend when there's big space between your players, you'll get run through like you aren't even there.

All of Brighton goals looked like counter attacks but none of them came from turnovers. Easy bypass of the attack and midfield and nobody could really be bothered to run back. Of course we'll concede goals that way and we can't pick runners. When man city/Brighton/Arsenal loose the ball, their wingers play full back positions. It's essential to be narrow and compact if you don't have the ball but we never do that. To compound that problem, we don't keep the ball well either. It's shameful. I like Ten Hag but I thought Rashford should have been taken off instead of Rasmus. Man city last season on the ball had the most space between their players to stretch the opposition and off the ball had the least space between their players to make it hard to break down. You can't defend when there's big space between your players, you'll get run through like you aren't even there.

How can you not blame Eric Ten Hag for the way United are playing and put it on the Glazers! A lot are blaming Rushford for shooting instead of passing. Surely he is doing this because the Manager told him so, as otherwise ETH who is usually on the line will call him out or talk to him at half-time. ETH, who is very strict and hard-headed will not let Rushford do with he likes if it is not to his liking. Rashford had been doing this game after game.
