This is what makes this woman so extraordinary. Unlike any other woman of her stature, she possesses a historic intelligence and embraces her past, instead of pushing a cookware product line that nobody needs or wants.
I adore Nigella and her luscious cooking and although she has had tragic times she has come through happy and smiling. Lovely strong woman. Thanks Nigela🥰
This was a lovely interview, so organic and unrehearsed. It reminds me of conversations you'd have at the kitchen table over cups of tea. I love listening to Nigella talk about food, so filled with love and comfort.
lovelove you Nigella. my mum passed 17 years ago, still have her kitchen utensils. she was not at all a great cook, but it gives me comfort to use her things
What a beautiful and classy lady she is. I never tire of her narrative and memories linked to food - I find it so comforting. I watch her cookery series all the time and they act as my comfort blanket. Thanks Nigella x
There have been times when I was skeptical of her recipes, but what makes me come back over and over is how she makes food seem so much more than just sustenance; it is such an integral thread in the fabric of our existence, and she captures the simple majesty with her eloquence. At My Table is perhaps my favourite of all her shows and books.
Thank you so much for this video. I love Nigella so much. She has become a part of my life that equates comfort, and I am sure my daughter would feel the same as we often take time to watch her old cooking shows as our time together.
I love Nigella and her approach to food and cooking. She is such an inspiration. Also, I could listen to her talking for ever. A captivating woman for sure.
Nice clip. She comes across as sincere. She's not an in-your-face kind of person and I think the quieter, one-to-one interview with another woman format suits her. She has a lovely deep, textured voice too.
I wish she would open up more about the tragedies in her life and how she's coped and not just the cooking. People are always curious and the stoic way she's dealt with them is inspiring.
I quite literally smiled during the whole interview. There is just something so warm und comforting about her. Plus how nostalgic she is, just like myself. Such a lovely woman.
Nigella, you are such an inspiration to me on a regular basis, you taught me most I know about food and balancing flavours, dozens of your recipes are now the part of my regular repertoire. But what I admire the most about you is how strong and resilient you have been in face of personal loss - your beloved sister, you mother, your dear husband John. If I could ever cook with you, or for you, it would be a dream come true!
Such strength despite her many personal losses, and such ageless beauty. The mezzaluna is practically in every video of her cooking. Wish I could get one of those.
I just discover her recently and yes...I fell in love with her instantly....those eyes...and that voice....I am a french Canadien and her life resonated with me so much....💗
What I’ve always loved about Nigella’s work is the running thread of food as communication and sharing. Not just the sharing of recipes but of memories, histories, cultures and philosophies, the main philosophy being one of having permission to eat food that suits. I think she single handedly liberated a generation from the 80s starvation diet mentality.
Nigella is such a beautiful person in many ways. I Love her for her natural beauty and honesty and is such an inspiration to many millions I'm sure. Loved seeing this. 😍😍
I love Nigella, and this interview is very endearing...she's so real, and I can identify with alot of what she says...she's so unpretentious and relatable...there's a certain vulneralbility to her that we women all share....and relate to..
Wow loved this interview. It made me realise when Nigella was talking about Thomasina, I do that with my sisters and my children, I always ask what they have had/are planning for lunch/dinner
She has a very sophisticated pallet. I don’t but no matter what she is cooking I love to watch her make. I see her home on Sunday being happy with her children.
Sorry to hear about your Mother, was she a great influence in your life? and is she mentioned in your Book? my Mother also died at 48 years old when i was 18 years old so i know how you felt.
Nigella is a lovely, genuine woman, but look at a newspaper article about her and her mother (Vanessa Salmon) and you'll see that her childhood was not a happy one. Her mother's disapproval of her and eating disorder featured heavily. Sadly, judging by what I've read Nigella hasn't got over that. I'd love to meet her.
Assuming she knows Italian rather well, would she have read Pellegrino Artusi's (1820 - 1911) cookbook "La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiar bene" (1891) that was Escoffier's role model?
nigella .....i am a big fan of yours ....do u know that....ur an inspiration to many....u light up the day of so many lives .....wish i had u on my contact list so i cud ask you anything n everything regarding books writing cooking kids life 👒👏good job so far.....wish n ur children and family the best 😇👍
Nigella Lawson is the personification of everything that is charming and beautiful
Knowing her past makes me like her more. She's worth admiring.
This is what makes this woman so extraordinary. Unlike any other woman of her stature, she possesses a historic intelligence and embraces her past, instead of pushing a cookware product line that nobody needs or wants.
She is without doubt one of the classiest women on earth.
Until you hear she wants to kill a bear to wear it's fur.
She is very classy
John Cornish She is......after my mum! 💜
I adore Nigella and her luscious cooking and although she has had tragic times she has come through happy and smiling. Lovely strong woman. Thanks Nigela🥰

They say one should never meet one's heroes - with the sole exception of Nigella (who _is_ as wonderful as she seems), that is. Brava!
Thank you so much for this video. I love Nigella so much. She has become a part of my life that equates comfort, and I am sure my daughter would feel the same as we often take time to watch her old cooking shows as our time together.
Oh she's just so lush, I love her. And Sam!

hristos mandylor channel has More on Nigella!
I love Nigella and her approach to food and cooking. She is such an inspiration. Also, I could listen to her talking for ever. A captivating woman for sure.
I had tears in my eyes watching this ❤️ so sweet and relatable how our objects can be so strongly linked to people we love.
Nice clip. She comes across as sincere. She's not an in-your-face kind of person and I think the quieter, one-to-one interview with another woman format suits her. She has a lovely deep, textured voice too.
Who doesn't treasure things from loved ones or respected people we cherish.
Very bittersweet the three keepsakes from her mum, sister, and husband John.
Love this. Such a genuine and warm conversation between the two. Thanks for posting!
I wish she would open up more about the tragedies in her life and how she's coped and not just the cooking. People are always curious and the stoic way she's dealt with them is inspiring.
Read her cookbooks. There is a lot of insight into her life. Her cookbooks read like novels. I highly recommend Feast.
Joshua Taylor Old Englishman don't talk about feelings
@ Joshua Taylor there is a video that tells it all. They all died of cancer.
@@lilianinafrica2243 I wonder why? But not Nigella... Do you have any idea..?
Maria Lopez Speaking if stúpid remarks!! 👎🏼👎🏼
Always really loved Nigella. She’s so eloquently spoken, I could listen to her all day.
The dynamics between them is so wonderful. Sam really brings out the best in Nigella
I quite literally smiled during the whole interview. There is just something so warm und comforting about her. Plus how nostalgic she is, just like myself. Such a lovely woman.

It's been three years and I still love watching this video!
Just recently found Nigella Lawson, very happy I did but unfortunate that I hadn't found her sooner. A new favorite & cannot wait to try her recipes
This made me teary but in a good way.
Classy, intelligent, and has the most wonderful confidence - really inspirational lady.
it's so hard not to be utterly in love with her
Isn’t it?! She’s the best
Such strength despite her many personal losses, and such ageless beauty. The mezzaluna is practically in every video of her cooking. Wish I could get one of those.
@ Tom Sparks you can still find them in antique shops and on flea markets and mostly with wooden handles which makes them more authentic.
Wonderful idea, to collect kitchen items from our loved ones. My Mother has a large, heavy platter we lug out each holiday. Definitely on my list!
I just adore this woman.
❤ I grew up with her, kinda. She was on television almost everyday, in the Netherlands. And now I do it all over again on youtube!! Love her!
she is very
adorable ,, i love her so much,, i watched her episodes when i was twelve now i am 28 .
This is a wonderful interview.
I have always adored Nigella.
Kind regards
Kate
This was really lovely.
Lovely interview and certainly Nigella is part of my home and helping to create memories when we recreate her recipes
Nigella Lawson is a dream to interview. She’s so well-spoken and prepared.
Always a pleasure. Both of you.👏👏❤❤
I just discover her recently and yes...I fell in love with her instantly....those eyes...and that voice....I am a french Canadien and her life resonated with me so much....💗
Always enjoyed her first hubby's column in the newspaper... what a great guy he was... she's always been lovely and so personable...
She has overcome so much heartache.
She is an Enchanted lady just by the way she express her culinary knowledge
What I’ve always loved about Nigella’s work is the running thread of food as communication and sharing. Long live Nigella! ❤❤❤Love her!❤❤❤
She looks amazing, I love hearing her speak about anything.
pretty smart name "pig of alliums" because their scientific names are allium sativum (garlic) and allium cepa (onion)
Nigella, wonderful, delightful and charming but also what a great interviewer, allowing Nigella to shine.
Nigella is such a beautiful person in many ways. I Love her for her natural beauty and honesty and is such an inspiration to many millions I'm sure. Loved seeing this. 😍😍
I love her coffee maker. I still watch her old recipes. I feel relaxed after that
The coffee & chocolate cake from 'At My Table' is pretty easy & divine.
SD Hurford it is! I made it for work last week and it went down a storm! As did the vanilla cake with Ermine icing the week before that!
It is brilliant isn't it? I'm going to make for 'Give a Hand & Bake' which is the Stroke Association's bake sale week, beginning 23rd Oct.
I love Nigella, and this interview is very endearing...she's so real, and I can identify with alot of what she says...she's so unpretentious and relatable...there's a certain vulneralbility to her that we women all share....and relate to..
Nigella is just so resilient and charming. She deserves some love and luck now in her personal life 💖💖💖✨✨🌟🌟
“Pig of alliums” is absolutely adorable and I think I need one.
I love this. Love Nigella so much, this was a treat!

Just when you couldn't love Nigella more....such a sweet and personable lady.

maddie5851 she has her Botox applied very well.
Will’s MM2 UNWILD Vlogs Channel MIAOW!!! Saucer of milk?
Just such a lovely person. Her beauty reminds me of women like Isabella Rosselini and Julianne Moore.
Is her large bosom genetic or as a result of her love of stuff like butter and cream?
Nigella is my favorite .
I just love everything about Nigella.
Merry Christmas Nigella and happy holidays
Cheers
HISHAM ELFIKI
I absolutely adore Nigella Lawson. I'm sentimental about my kitchen items, too.
"As long as I have memories"..sums her beautiful heart..
This is just wow..

Be sure to let us know what you think!
A treat to watch this ! 🥰
My role model in the cooking community
I get lost in her when she talks. She's so beautiful.
So lovely!!!
That was amazing. Am I the only one who can listen to her talk food and life all the time? I just want to soak up her foodie brain. #FoodiesUnite

Sadly, judging by what I've read Nigella hasn't got over that.
I'd love to meet her.
In the 90s/00s, I used to have the Breville sandwich toaster that looked like a cow too!
Am your great fan. Just love your style, the way you cook,. Ur an inspiration for everyone. Lottts of love 😍😍😍
Wonderful Nigella!
Very beauitful. Smart well spoken. Authentic. No botox .
I love her but let's be real... there is lots of botox 😂
love you Nigella
Me and my little brother used to do the vinegar on bread thing too 🙈
Dont know anyone, that is better looking then her, for her age. Wow.
My favourite of all.
I need a tiny little pot like that!
Dear Nigella how would you define your books and what are they based on?
Love you Nigella!! I must find that moka pot!
One thing i've observed from Nigella, the more she age, the cheerier she becomes.
Something about her I feel close to her even though I don’t her!☺️💕✨
Assuming she knows Italian rather well, would she have read Pellegrino Artusi's (1820 - 1911) cookbook "La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiar bene" (1891) that was Escoffier's role model?

You're beautiful Nigella. Thank you.
I also like the interviewer.
You are one of my favourite chefs the other is lorraine passcale you are both perfect
Love Nigella. For the first she has a good interviewer who lets her talk and listens. The rest of them are always interrupting.
Oh I remember the onion timer ⏲
