A truly gifted writer - when you can get a child hooked on reading, you can get anyone. Tracey Beaker, The bed and Breakfast Club, The Illustrated Mum, Dustin Baby, History Club(?), One about the rabbit Radish....just a few of the books I owned but have given away.
Some of her books were messed up. But real life is messed up. And not all children are shielded from this fact for as long as others. Thanks for writing for the ones who grew up a little bit less than normal.
