Heyy i use to live in el paso TX while serving in military hoping to find a place under 300k outside the austin area, somewhere calm deff not near big city vibes. Thanks! Hoping to move sometime in 2025
I'm CURIOUS Julio of Casanueva Realty (?) HOW long have you lived in AUSTIN TEXAS? And where are YOU originally from?? I'M A Native Texan, born & raised in Central Texas, and have lived in Austin, Kyle, Leander, Northwest, West Hills, Southwest Austin, & Georgetown. Thx, good luck.🤠
Why don't you mention how incredibly bad the traffic in the Austin area is? Sure, you can be 20 or 30 miles from downtown but it will take you over an hour to get there. Many times even longer. It's taken me almost 2 hours to get to round rock when there's an accident. People need to know how terrible the road system in Austin is.
No thank God but was looking to buy a Tesla Boxable then heard the news on not being able to take the wheels off looking for another tiny 2bd home company
Great information, thanks!
Thank you

Yes sir, great opportunities under 300k outside of Austin
I would only suggest looking in northwest and south Austin before buying outside of the city.
Manor ? Cedar park? Manor East Village has a $1B project, 20min from dt austin, close to domain, Samsung, dell, the pitch…….
Yes I’ve mentioned manor in previous videos
Can you make a video on East Village?
Yes I made a video about that community a while back
For those who have been priced out of Leander, check out Cedar Park which is a contender.
Im a 1st time homebuyer coming from Mi and looking at Kyle/Buda. Best lenders to look for?
Hi Cody, yes sir! can you call me or text me? 737-299-8843
We've always borrowed from Wells Fargo, both residential and commercial.
We will be looking for land more than anything to build on.
I know it’s not technically a suburb but Wells Branch is gorgeous…(in North West Austin)
Yes to Wells Branch and maybe Pflugerville for those wanting to be a little further out of the city which is acceptable to Austin via Mopac.
Bastrop?
Yes, I will be making a video soon

Is there such a thing as a home under 200k, in the country but within 45 min from Austin?
Same ask
Check out Burnet County in order to give it a shot within 45 minutes to an hour and not as expensive depending on how much land you want.

Wow that’s a lot of places
I'm surprised that you haven't lived in the hill country which would be another video for another day.

Yes I agree, I have a lot of videos mentioning the traffic.
Sadly I was looking to move to Austin & heard TESLA made unannounced layoffs can’t keep up or pay there employees with NO NOTICE 😮
Were you going to work for Tesla?
No thank God but was looking to buy a Tesla Boxable then heard the news on not being able to take the wheels off looking for another tiny 2bd home company
@@REALVALENTINE0214oh got it so you aren’t depending on Tesla to make the move to Austin, correct?
@@Casanueva1 no I’m ADA needing to move for health reasons
Got it, let us know how we can help
Do not move here expensive traffic hot as balls crime and BS. Kyle is not a suburb of Austin it is a city 20 miles south
Other than that, it's a great city!
