That didn’t need repotting.
Very poor video. And I honestly don’t know how your plant survives. The soil looked way to heavy no perlite or bark. And to me the pot was to large.
My schefflera is growing bigger, healthy and taller now. I even propagate it because it almost reach on the ceiling. Maybe your opinion is very wrong though.
