Yes it was a good era. No political correctness, cheap Winfields that you could smoke anywhere.....and the Valiant Charger. The perfect escape machine. I read that GMH and Ford were upset about the Chargers sales and tried to strike back with different versions of their two door coupes but didn't do too well. GMH came up with the Sandman instead, game set and match.
Hello and thank you for these classic bits of Alvin and Chrysler! I own a Aussie built Mopar and I have not seen these clips since the seventies. Always wanted a charger but sadly out of my budget nowadays and the affordable ones are usually rusted out. 🤟
