I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with Shiftsmart. It's cool cause okay, I get paid the next day. But, there's so many things. Altogether I've made around $1700, from working June - September 2022. Working specifically with Dynata, it's like they want you to MAKE someone complete surveys, and it's like it's nothing I could do. As I'm saying my intro, most likely I get hung up on...that's fine with me. Let's say I'm working on a Saturday, and I picked up 3 shifts for the upcoming week. I've dialed 400 people today, and no one completed a survey, there are days when Shiftsmart would be like "Okay, tough day, you'll get a survey next time" but majority of the time, they'll literally just cancel all of your upcoming shifts simply because you didn't get a survey complete. They want you to keep your PR up, which is understandable, but I don't think as interviewers, we should be penalized for people not completing surveys. It's like they want us to say "don't hang up this damn phone!" like....I don't get it. I definitely recommend it for those who are looking for quick, easy money. This is simply a side job for me. I've definitely had to go off on a few people (those who I am connected with on the app) I've been accused of not sharing screen, not dialing, not disposing calls fast, when in fact, I've sent pictures every time, and they'll just go on about their day as if they didn't just ruin mine..I've never been afraid to say I feel, especially to them, because if you think you can talk to me any kind of way...you're wrong...I've left them before, and they have literally called and text me telling me I was a great worker, and asked what they could do to get me back dialing with them. Since I've been back, they still don't answer quick enough, and sometimes they don't answer at all...that's my only problem with them now. I'll dial, if I get a survey, great, if I don't oh well...I still get paid the next day. So, just make sure it's not your main source of income.
I agree, damned if you do, damned if you don't. They will never be satisfied. I don't get the land-line calls or predictive calls. You can only hear noise, like a television or voice, but if I say hello, it is dead air or a hang up. And even worse, the survey doesn't load up, so I waste of time.

I was liking it until they told me they cancelled my shift because I did not complete 2 1/2 surveys. I would have completed it if they had not shut off my phone call when I was at the end of the call. That makes me mad. I was about to tell the person bye and boom, they shut off the call. There is absolutely NO support at all with this company. They do not answer you back on the phone app at all.

They also like to tell you that you are not dialing quick enough or this and that....but the thing is, they have system issues that will prevent you from doing your job....Example: The phone will ring and the script won't load for a while and by the time it does, the caller has hung up! OR the disposition won't work sometimes. Just a few to name! I mean, the money is good most of the time...especially when they offer bonus's!

😢 shiftsmart where I work seems to only deal with gas stations. By the end of the day the "simple task" nearly put me in the hospital. So the gas station jobs through shiftsmart is definitely not for people who have pain issues.
@@kenyettaready yeah. I do like the flexibility and cleaning gas stations is no problem for me, except for the sun and heat aspect. I try to block out the pain otherwise. thanks
Why do they collect your phone and watch? Seems kinda sketchy. I am not impressed with Shirtsmart. They are horrible on training, payment and shorting pay often. They have to be the worst people I have ever worked with. Maybe you had a better experience. I used to work with a company called Market Facts and they were great to work with and do telemarketing.

No support at all, but they're quick to ask if we'd like to extend the shift, they love reaching out for that!

I live in Roswell Ga. I signed up but no shifts have popped up since I did it.
It has went one direction in Houston and that is downhill. Was 4 hour shifts for 52$ then went to 4 hours shifts for 48$

I had to delete my profile because they stop sending me shifts I can’t even get ahold of no one to make another profile
They usually have routine profile updates and assessments. Did you do both?
I tried this in 2023 and it seems the app has stopped working. I didn’t see any jobs at all… and this is in Toronto.
