Muddle cucumber strain the juice mix with tonic here you go. (you should do this a few times to make it how you like it)

A grasshopper was the first drink I ever had! I had it in a corner bar in New Zealand so it has a very special place in my heart! Might have to try making it myself after seeing this!

The grasshopper also gained popularity when it came 2nd in a cocktail competition. Jim Meehan does a great variation by swapping out cream for 6oz of vanilla ice cream. Hogan Das recommended. Blend until smooth. I like to put fresh grated chocolate on mine. Enjoy.👍❤️
