Reddick is definitely used to criticism and everyone has been saying Lebron is the coach for like 10 years now. Let JJ get the job someone that understands Lebron more than a lot of people (basketball wise) Lebron got 2 more years in the lakers. I don’t see this being a bad thing
I’d agree with his statement if I was someone who didn’t watch the lakers last season and this season. Ham coming in was a great motivator. It ended there. His offense didn’t utilize everyone skillset, his defensive scheme had them leaving people wide open in a 3pt shooting league. Worst of all he benched AR and DLO in a shooting slump over TP and Cam reddish (who might be out of the league after next season) You lose the trust of your best players doing dumb ish like this. Lou is wrong about Ham unfortunately but he might succeed for a while on a rebuilding team or as an assistant coach.
He is right about criticism tho just to be clear

It's crazy now to hear people like Stephen A and others come to the defense of Darvin Ham. I clearly remember when these same folks were questioning his ability when the team was losing all those games. The media was questioning his abilities when it came to Xs and Os, and his substitution patterns. Now they act as if LeBron was the one who hit him fired, when he had already lost the players like Russell, Reaves, AD, an others, who openly questioned his ability.
