We never know what the idols are feeling when they do certain dances, esp the difficult ones, esp in older ages. We don't know what happens with their joints, discs, bones, etc, something that may affect their life in the future. So, taking a safe decision by avoiding difficult or dangerous dance moves when you're getting older i guess is a smart decision. In my initial comment i don't say that Suju can't dance in their 30s. I just say that they "save the energy" and "avoid the difficult moves" and I appreciate their decisions.
