The main ways are TSP rinse or banking soda rinse. Add some TSP or baking soda to a bucket of water and throw it / brush it on the concrete you acid washed. Rinse thoroughly, and that is all. 1 to 2 cups of either product into 5 gallons of water should work well
My understanding is that it is the cement oxide that needs to be removed. It can also be effectively removed with a stiff wire brush on an angle grinder. Isn't that so?
just go to a swimming pool store and buy a gallon bottle of pool acid., or how ever much you need. a little goes a long way he said 7/1. so figure that will do 8 gallons and s gallon will do about 10 x 10 or 100sqft. +/- depending how porous the cement is.
