It's great to see Clifford is in his doghouse for the winter. I remember hearing in your vlog from the Rockies trip that it was not the greatest with winter driving especially in the mountains. At least he has been touched up before the winter so that he should be ready to go for the next trip sometime in 2021!
I am in a very non-creepy way in love with Matt, he is such a great feat for Nadine, so glad he feels comfortable in front of a camera now. I would be so excited to see more of your wedding!

Glad to find your vlog, we just bought a 1982 westy, we trailered it home on New Year's Day.We are in interior also. We have lots of work to do, starting with brakes which I will do next week.
Next summer maybe across Canada.
Haha, love the name of the van. I highly recommend the Shurflo faucet when you guys do decide to upgrade. Having the option to adjust water flow saves a bunch on water. Safe travels!✌️
Hello we hope all is well thank you for sharing this video with us. we are so sorry we have taken so long to reconnect but we were stuck out in Malta and now we are playing catch up lol . When i needed to dry out my old car i put a bowl of Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) which worked pretty good. :)
This was a cool video! Even though it is never awesome fixing old vehicles because of the costs all the time, but I love the fact that you guys are doing it all of it yourself. It looks like something I would love to do as a hobby if I knew how, or if I owned a car in general. :)
Great fix video! I suggest the Shurflo faucet to replace the original Westy unit. It's a lot easier to adjust the water flow with soapy hands, thus using less water in your tank. For mouse prevention there are two vents for the starting battery in the right front passenger wheel well. One is behind a triangular sheet metal piece. You can probably stuff some copper or steel wool in them to keep small 4 legged tenants out.
That's a cute cup. Maybe next year after the cruds gone and I have my van I will run across you guys on the road next summer. Take care of clifford and also just take your time getting everywhere :)

Good idea putting Clifford in a location where you can use it in the winter. Good thing you didn’t buy an old winnie. Can’t imagine the work involved keeping on of those going.

Sounds like what I just did with my 84! I live in Saskatchewan and mine (Wilfred) was parked outside during the summer so I moved him to my lake to live in the garage up there for the winter. Just moved him this past Saturday haha

Before I went to uni I used to be a car mechanic at Volkswagen here in Germany. Kinda funny to see such a Westfalia fanbase outside Germany. I actually didn‘t knew these were sold outside Europe 👍💁♂️

The VW Westfalia, often referred to as the “Westy,” is a Volkswagen bus converted into a campervan by the German RV company, Westfalia-Werke.Good journey guys....
They've been converting them for VW since the 60's. Not sure about the T25 era, but for Bays and Splits it was the only VW approved conversion you could buy from the dealers.

Why not upgrade the radiator? Such a small engine will be vulnerable to overheating on long trips, a bigger capacity rad will help, air conditioning to help with the cold and heat?
And solar panels+usb charge sockets!✌️❤️🇬🇧 hope this helps!

It makes me wonder how you are able to keep traveling all the time after all of these years. And now you have a campervan? How are you affording this and have an apartment to live in? It's obvious you dont have a job, since you wouldnt be traveling all the time. No job would give you that many vacations every year. Also, you arent using your money from youtube since you dont get that many views. So the only option left is that you are maxing out your credit card and using unemployment benefits, while the rest of us have to work,
You sound jealous.. Nadine is a hard worker and she doesn’t have to justify how she earns her money to people like you. She isn’t on benefits, she isn’t maxing out credit cards or loans and she isn’t a scrub like you sound to be. She’s hard-working & thriving. Get a hobby, might do yourself some good.
