I recently flew Austrian to BKK on their 777-300ER that's basically the same as Swiss (minus the first class) and the crown seats are really narrow, super uncomfortable to sleep I don't think I'll fly those seats again, and I paid 200 euro for my seat (being LH SEN) - but great video :)

I had the same flight 4 months ago. And I totally agree that for a 14h flight there should be more light food options and not only the basket in the galley. I had the same issue with the seat it’s pretty narrow and not really comfortable. Internet is too expensive and stops working for at least 1,5h when you fly over the northern hemisphere. The movie selection is also pretty average.

I think the Swiss business package is pretty poor compared to other products
Agreed! Their current business class product is mid tier

Big fan of the throne seat! I hope to fly Swiss F/J next time I’m visiting Europe. And maybe even the new Swiss F when it releases!

Had the same flight, less food and average drinks and crew un inspired. Overall disapionted
