Nothing but pure appreciation for the guy with long hair who organised Mark's trip. Amazing planing giving his guest a taste of famous foods to local foods just beautiful.
What I really like about Mark is that he simply loves life for what it is. There is nothing superficial about his show. Just shows that good food is enough to enjoy life.
I'm rewatching your videos Mark. I never get tired of watching them. I'm Hmong and we eat a lot of fresh peppers dipped in salt also. Sometimes fresh pepper dipped in salt eaten alongside rice in water is all I want. I really enjoy watching your videos because you are so respectful when you are eating different foods. Thanks for making great quality videos. Much love from Nebraska, USA!
Mark, this was the very first of your videos that I ever watched - I think I was searching on Pinterest or something for Nepali food and came across a link for this, and since I was home sick I ended up binge watching your whole series on Bhutan. To this day when I'm feeling down or under the weather, I come back and watch your Bhutan series again, and I feel much better! Thanks for making such great videos!

My favourite foods...........woodfire margherita, c momo, padthai , nepalese minched buffalo chatamari, spiced fried mushrooms, hot chips with chicken salt, .............i love food
GameplayJenny Ahh... I cook Nepalese food at home and its pretty easy and you can do it yourself and takes around half an hour or so. Meanwhile, I am riding on the back of a motorbike in Vietnam...trying not to die from the crazy traffic...and trying not to pass out from hunger. Thanks, Mark for the ironically-perfect timing...every time 😂🙃

And yeah, all that crappy 'Western' influence - like all that which enabled the terrible technology like the computers and Internet that allows you to view this video and type ignorant comments on your computer/cell. What I've learned from the Western developed technological interconnectivity available is that there are hateful, ignorant fools all over the world.
