First, navigate to your projects and open the specific project you wish to automate. Click on "Automations" and select "Browse" to locate the Gmail option. Choose the template titled "When task is completed, then send mail to Gmail."
Connecting and Customizing Your Email Automation
If it's your first time, you'll need to authorize the connection with your Gmail account. Once connected, personalize the email content. For this demonstration, we'll use "New task completed" as the subject and content. Simply click "Save" to finalize.
