This is classic Nick Brick, and exactly what I was hoping for. Here's just a few suggestions that this video inspired: Powerglove? N64 Controller, using the same port? Goldeneye pistol? Alternate game screens like maybe Contra, Castlevania, Metroid? Great video, love all your builds!
Wow! Those zappers look awesome! This is a great mod! Unfortunately, I don’t think I can afford to buy the instructions AND pieces along with the set itself so I will have to try to make my own zappers from scratch. Congrats on a truly amazing build, this is great!
That was an awesome build, I enjoyed it all the way through. The attachment of the grip to the body/receiver could use some work though. Some technic pins locking it in place may tighten it up a bit. Thoroughly impressed with the build.
I knew there was gonna be an NES mod but the last thing I expected was Duck Hunt with a pop up dog! But I knew Duck Hunt would be high up, but that damn dog!
I could see lego having potential expansions to this base NES set to include other popular games, like duck hunt. Though unlikely, it still is a cool thought

Great suggestion! Also, you certainly could recreate from instructions and build in Stud.io but there’s also XML parts lists provided on the RebelLUG site if you just want to order parts. The parts lists are free and you can upload them before buying instructions if you want!

Just ordered this, and added a couple 6x1 'Nintendo' printed light bluish grey tiles to adorn the sides. Very exited to see how it will turn out.
