I wasn’t a huge fan of Sauvage Elixir when I first tried it. But I gave it another shot in very cold weather. Close to freezing temperature. I really enjoyed it! Even a friend of mine (who initially wasn’t a fan either) complimented me and said she loved it. She really did not like it when I first tried it. Amazing how the weather can change the experience of a fragrance. It was very cool out when I first tried it, but I think (for me) it needs to be near freezing or below to work. I might keep it for when I travel to a very cold place.

Hello I want your opinion about to summer fragrances I want to buy.I am thinking of buying jpg le beau EDP as an every day fragrance(If I am able to find it because it is in shortage in my county.If I don’t find it I am gonna buy a clone the Lattafa Glacier bold.) and to buy CDNIM as a fragrance for special occasion . Do you think is a good combination or you think you have any better suggestions?

Idk how Amber Oud Gold smells up close but I’ve smelled the silage from several feet away and all it smelled of was iso e super. It was nothing floral or fruity like how I remember it on a test strip-in air it was just straight pencil shavings

Fair list Finn, for me my never wears are JPG La Male and Ultramale both are Migraine inducing on me, Fahrenheit by YSL a loud nasty 80's mess of a fragrance, Philosophy Pure Grace and Amazing Grace both are scented water in fact I think the performance is so bad that these are the only fragrances that the scent has gone before it gets to your skin yep is dissipates in the air and all that hits your skin is the distilled water oil and perumers alcohol finally Strangers Perfumerie Sangre Dulce smells just like cat pee just not having that on my skin again, I dumped the nearly full bottle so as not to inflict this on others (at least they only do 30 ml bottles) but both Salted Green Mango and Yuzu Soda are fire by them.
Fahrenheit is by Dior. Maybe you meant Kouros, because that one is rough to.
@GucciButNotGuilty thank you, you have sorted my scrambled mind. I actually mean both, Fahrenheit is one that was everywhere back in the day and I admit I like tye scent on others, but on my skin, it was a confused mess, and Kuros was my dad's signature scent and like many 80's fragrances it has not aged well, I wore Jazz by YSL and that wasn't much better, then along came the 90's and Issey Miyake and you couldn't go anywhere without choaking on that stuff but I still loved it.
