You've put a lot of thought and effort into your videography here and produced an excellent result.
Gloves, good ones, have multiple uses. First theey protect your hands for that day when you come off your bike and help keep your hands warm when camping. Buy some.
Awesome video. One small thing I do is put boiling water in my drinking bottle, and then put it near my legs when I sleep. It’s like having a portable heater without requiring any extra gear. Well, it helps me..

I love when people say Vespa's can't do this or that, then someone with a Vespa does this and that. Throw that humble pie right in their face!
Awesome little adventure, and on the little guy (Primavera). I'd suggest the GST 300 with a topbox. Plenty of power, and space. And I'd recommend the Wingman on the Road set up - Warm, dry and compactable - just not under your seat.

And / or a set of cheap textile (nylon) pannier bags that roll up into a small package but expand to more than double your existing carry / storage space. But to show the most minimalist setup, with no extras, you have done well. A most interesting video. Please make more. 👍🏼
