Crunchy, light, fluffy and they melt in your mouth. This is the proven recipe for Angel Wings with sour cream and egg yolks. This type of dough will not stick to your hands, the board or the roller. Easy to make and relatively inexpensive. We all love them especially kids.
This recipe yields 40-50 Angel Wings depending on the size you make.
