Living in Delray Beach Florida | Neighborhood Tour

Delray Beach Florida is truly an exceptional place to live, work and play. Join us as we take an immersive tour of different neighborhoods within Delray Beach Florida. From the upscale Seagate community along the intracoastal waterway and the beach to the suburban gated communities in central and West Delray.
I am going to share with you one of Delray Beach first important landmark buildings at Old School Square and one of its most calm and culturally inspiring gardens that everyone will enjoy.
The first community we will explore is along Seagate Drive. The Seagate area of Delray Beach is an exclusive neighborhood of luxury homes in East Delray. It is located South of Atlantic Avenue from the Ocean to the Intracoastal. This vibrant neighborhood offers estate homes, breathtaking waterfront mansions, condos, and luxury townhouses.
Delray Lakes will be the next part of our Delray Beach vlog tour. The unique part of this community is the boat launching area specific to the community. It is a clean and quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees creating a canopy of shade over the streets. Waterfront properties in this community have access to Lake Ida!
Then we will adventure to the community of Huntington Point, which is an affordable community with lots to offer as far as amenities along with the very highly rated Spanish River Community High School.
Seven Bridges is a quiet and gorgeous community with very large single family homes and lots of amenities that will cost you a more hefty monthly HOA fee than most communities, but totally worth it if you can fit it into your budget. It is in an above average school zone and a short 5 minute drive to shopping and dining.
The very last part of our tour is a fun surprise and one of my favorite places to visit in Delray Beach. Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens is the perfect place to relax, take a walk among nature, enjoy a cultural event and even enjoy a sushi roll or Japanese tea on an outdoor patio with a view of the Japanese gardens.
