I used to have all of billy's casettes, but then dvd players became the "thang." But back when I started doing these workouts, I had only been doing them for 4 weeks when I saw my mom. Hadn't seen her that month and she flipped out over the change she saw in me...in her words "OMG YOUR BUTT!" But I continued and it got me in shape faster than any other workout fad. I've tried yoga, pilates, yoga booty ballet, Susan powter, expensive trainers, etc. Billy Blanks is the key. His vids are simple, straight to the point, you don't need hip-hop dance lessons to do it, it's the poo! And I wasn't out there doing 45 min or an hour workout. I never did longer than 15 minutes a day. Usually 10 mins and a few crunches. I never changed my diet either. I like my sweets.

Do this on my tv in the am, I started doing Tae Bo with VHS almost 18 years ago shortly after giving birth to my sunshine Son and got in the best shape of my life!, I fell off a bit but always come back to watching Tae Bo, I’m so thankful for it, it’s been an amazing part of my journey while on this earth amen. I've just rediscovered Billy Blanks as I remembered he helped me lose my baby weight nearly 17 years ago. I'm currently doing the 8 -10 mins work outs starting out gently, but am already feeling excited about working out in the mornings and feeling happier after only 5 sessions! Thank you so much for these workouts ;)

it was important for me to know what muscles the kick works on.. also i like the traditional group work out shown in this video bc he corrects form and then also encourages correct form while he's teaching

This is great. I had to stop taekwondo years ago due to injuries. But this workout it pretty low impact and makes me feel like someday I could build back up to full on martial arts.
