You wrote your concerns - if ltwoo sees it, they will make them go away in next iteration of this groupset. I bought ltwoo 1x10 for my cheap restomod. Derailleur, 11-52 cassette, shifter and shifter for about 65$. Add 30 for crank with chainring and support and my 3x6 90s bike became a very fun forest shredder.
This old man enjoys your product reviews, especially the down country build. It’s nice to know that you can beat the big companies at their own game. Some minor production suggestions get the front facing camera in a little closer unless you’re going to be demonstrating products on the table in front of you you’re wasting screen space show that beautiful mug of yours. Second suggest you get, a green blanket from corridor crew put it up behind you and you can chroma key on an image of the derailer or your favorite bike or a mountain which would be a little more interesting than just the back of your garage door or maybe paint the garage door that shade of green and that can be your whole chroma key background
Have you figured out what the "l-lock cage fixed" is? I'm guessing it's the hole on the side of the clutch. Whenever I remove the wheel, I pull the cage forward then put an Allen wrench through the whole to stop the cage from returning.
Nice review! I've been diving into ali-express parts myself (I got an awesome handlebar and some good chainrings). Also, you have a typo in your title.
Did you maybe try tx rear derauller with sram shifter? If ergonomics is bad on tx. I had sx 2 sets both broke, complete crap groupset, now I am looking to pair tx rear derauiller with gx shifter, maybe that is ok
After 2 months how has the LTWoo TX held up? Also what Cassette/chain are you using? I was looking into the SRoad/SPEDAO 12 speed cassette chain combo and I'm hoping the LTWoo would work with them
I order a lot of Chinese part I was a bit bummed with the ltwoo rx but overall it's fine after 5 months of moderate gravel use, I'm curious about how their mtb oriented clutch fare against my trp12, which for me it's the standard to beat of derailleur clutches...
Hi. What do you recommend more for the little fingers of a 10 year old boy? The LTWOO T9 shifter or maybe the Deore SLX M7000? I'm talking about ergonomics.
I’d recommend a grip shifter. I’m not a parent so I don’t really know the size of a 10 year old but they still make high quality grip shifters that would work better imo
Hey man.. between these new Ltwoo TX, Shimano Deore 6100, Deore 7100 SLX and Sram SX which one is better?? On Aliexpress, 6100 (shift and derailleur) is about 40 USD; SLX 7100 is around 70 USD; Sram SX is 40 USD and the Ltwoo TX is costing 58 USD. Ltwoo works better than 6100 and SX? Because it's a little more expensive. And SLX is better than the other 3? It's a better deal to pay 70 bucks and get it? In terms of funcionality, TX is similar to SLX, XT or even the NX, or is worse than these 3? Help me, please haha
I haven’t ridden slx in a long time so I don’t know how it compares but I have ran deore and xt and tx is lighter than those but the ergonomics are not as good but it is a bit lighter. Definitely better than nx/sx in my opinion.
I bought ltwoo tx on aliexpress I took the risk because I couldn't find any information on how it works now what you mentioned about the shifter worries me xd
@@diegomtbxtr How has your experience with the ltwoo been so far? I'm pretty much in the same position deciding between shimano or ltwoo rn and there's still almost no info on the TX. Thanks in advance
Dives into "non mainstream" products are always interesting. Keep it up!
Will do!

Glad you liked it but I can’t find the typo anywhere 😂

Is it possible to use the T series derailleur with a Shimano shifter or must I buy the shifter too?
Mine came today setting it up with a Spedao 12speed cassette I’m sure this will work good
Nice work, bro 👍

No but I completely agree the ergos are terrible. That’s really interesting I might try it but if you beat me to it let me know
PLEASE keep doing aliexpress components!
from what I heard, ltwoo is made by a former sram engineer.

So far so good. I run a ztto cassette and a ybn chain. Both are working great. Never tried an sroad cassette but they look nice

Nice I’ll have to give the trp a try. The Ltwoo tx could be stiffer in my opinion but it’s a pretty reasonable price for the weight

TX. How did they come up with that?
😂 very unique indeed
Hello, Do you have an update on the durability of the ltwoo TX? I am trying to decide between the ltwoo TX and the Shimano deore
Works fine but I’d recommend shimano. The shimano is a lot more comfortable in the hand
can u show us how you turn on and turn off the clutch??
You can’t turn off the clutch on this rear der. Makes it a bit of a headache to put on the rear wheel.
update on this?
Pretty ok
I always putr 3m 2228 on the shifters, perfect grip always and dont destroy gloves and can be used without gloves and in winter time...
Dude that is a great tip thank you!
Will this work with the Shimano handlebar shifter? Thanks
I’m not sure 🤔
Add some skateboard griptape or stick some sandpaper with double sided tape to the thumb shifter to get more grip
Great tip! I have been thinking to do exactly that.
