FILM DESCRIPTION:
The human race stands on the brink of extinction as a series of alien attacks decimate the planet, causing earthquakes, tsunamis and disease. Separated from her family, Ohio teenager Cassie Sullivan (Chloë Grace Moretz) will do whatever it takes to reunite with her brother Sam. Fate leads her to form an alliance with Evan Walker (Alex Roe), a mysterious young man who may be her last hope. Forced to trust each other, Cassie and Evan fight for survival during the fifth assault from the invaders.

Can you people stop overthinking the looks of the characters please? Like, you're overthinking and being dramatic. Not to mention, saying her acting is bad is just rude. We all have different opinions, but please stop saying things, and I mean this respectfully, when I doubt you could do better yourself. The producers worked with what they had.
If it isnt like the book, oh well. A lot of movies arent.

I don’t get all the people who criticize the movie. Sure, it may not have great acting, but the story is amazing. There are so many great plots but at the same time they are understandable and not confusing.

I mean I liked the movie and it seems like a lot of the ones who didn’t expected a lot more because they read the book. Btw the only annoying thing about the movie is the goth chick. Kinda felt like Chloe had a bit too much plot armour but I won’t discourage that too much because I really liked the movie. Zombie was my favourite character
