mahocan yeah! With a low cut blouse & all that. Appropriate. Right. Of course, not a “fat pig”. You know what else is NOT appropriate. You and your existence.
mahocan And yet she’s the one with her own bestselling book and a Netflix documentary. I guess the people that matter were charmed enough by her beautiful personality. She’s successful even with assholes and lowlifes like you around.
@@serqanx1 i feel really sorry for you ,your clearly disturbed by her positive energy as you know your a sad miserable human being who brings people down if that person is more successful than you .
I have re-watched this show at least 3 times. It is engaging, fun, and informative, while also being beautifully shot. Quality content and I would love a second season featuring the same 4 elements but focused on different countries and their unique production of them!
I bought her cookbook a couple of years ago after hearing her being interviewed on NPR. Samin Nosrat is obviously passionate about cooking and she will absolutely inspire you! I love her. Loved the documentary as well!
Honestly one of the best cooking series I've seen in a while. After watching I wanted to run to the grocery store and cook a huge meal for my loved ones.
I watched the first two episodes tonight and went right to buying her book. I agree with all the comments about her infectious laugh, her passion and the fact that I would love to be her friend. But beyond her, this serie his beautifully produced. The cinematography and photography is out of this world. I thought I had enough of all the travel food shows but this one made me want to go back to Italy and Japan. LOVE IT! ❤️
I just finished watching this series. Samir is lovely, fer personality, her laugh, her insights... and all the artistry from the people featured is incredible. I also appreciate how much she respects the culture of the countries she visits and also honors its cuisine. And on top of that she speaks italian and a bit of spanish too! It's a highly recommendable show. Tip of the hat.
I hella fell in love with this woman. Her personality is 10/10 and has a great view of the world through food. I follow the fat, salt, acid, heat principals now.
It is 7:30 am, I am still awake and "tipsy" from the night before...I came here to say what a delightful person she is....I live in Mexico, have a bar...bla bla...the other night I came home from a long day..and she became my friend. Her sheer joy is infectious.
AMAZING ! Really admire the ode she pays to women and the diversity in this series. Heat was great, the episode comes full circle with the other three elements and I fell in love with her endearing personality around her loved ones.
I am so hyped to know this is now a documentary feature!!! Samin's book is arguably the best read on the cooking process that I have ever read. The book about cooking I've always looked for. She deserves this and so much more success 💗
Oh wow!!!!! I just watched the 1st episode, and totally loved it!!!!! I've been blessed with visiting a lot of Italy, and now at 57, my number one regret, seriously, is not moving there years ago!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE Italy!!!!!! ❤️ LOL oh yeah huh? The episode is VERY informative, I need to watch it a few more times!!!!! 💯
We'll see if the host actually brings anything to the table other than banal feel-good energy and platitudes, but it looks like she's going to interesting, if not unseen, places with some excellent cinematographers. It's a good sign that the show is beautifully presenting great food. If we can learn from the show, too, then we have a winner.
Is the linguistics comment sarcasm, cos after watching 2 EPs she could definitely do with diversity in how she describes things. The word beautiful was overused
YAY!! What a wonderful surprise. I always had the same belief that the best food had a balance of these things, but my boyfriend didn't believe me and thought I was wrong. Shortly after I heard Samin on the Bon Appetit Foodcast and it confirmed everything I was saying. I loved her on that episode and I can tell I'm going to love this series!
I love this show!! So well-made, educational and relaxing. I'm ready to win the lottery so I can hire whoever books all her travels and meetings with Italian grandmas haha
I heard her interviewed on the Good Food podcast, and she said she had a million places she wanted to go, but the practicalities of scheduling and budgeting played a role in where they chose. Also, I got the impression a sequel might be in the future - same concept, but different locations. India would be great!
Her laughs is contagious. She's such a sweet person. I wanna be her friend 😊
I thought the same exact thing!!!!
Me toooo ^^
Sorry but she already has a *Boy Friend.*
I agree! I’ve read her cookbook but I never thought she’d be this much fun. Wow!
She’s a wonderful host.
Never thought i'd ever see someone laugh when they eat something too spicy! 😂😂
where is your pfp from it’s so cute!! O_O
@@cecesvids4897 thank you! 🥰 I got it from twitter haha would you like a link to save it?
@@svcoconut yes pls that would be nice! thank you 🥺💜
I'm not into food travelling shows but her personality is infectious
Omg I love her all ready, such good energy.
i dont want to watch a fat pig for hours,so i ll pass.they could ve found a more representable host for the show.
mahocan yeah! With a low cut blouse & all that. Appropriate. Right. Of course, not a “fat pig”. You know what else is NOT appropriate. You and your existence.
Wow you're being an asshole on the internet because you hate yourself. Very original.

her smile is too good.
It is my dream to do eating as a job
I think that would be a lot of people’s dream.
Be a food blogger 😊
Apparently it won’t be doing a book writing.....
Me too
😂😋😋😋
I'll buy her book. I never heard of her, but this trailer genuinely made me tear up for her infectious energy and ❤ to connect to people.
The book is a must have if you want to become a better home cook and how those 4 things effect food
That book got me cooking after YEARS of ordering in. Easily the best purchase I’ve ever made.

Yes please!
I saw a thumbnail for a pair of huge eyes and a weird title, was not disappointed

When she laughs all her face and body entirely laughing. Joy is contagious.
I don't know who this woman is, but I love her. I can't wait to watch this entire series.

I LAUGH, CRY, and DREAM every episode I watch!!! The greatest sensory experience!!!! I'm in love!
A terrific show, amazing host, and beautiful filming! One of the best food series you will ever see. I hope Netflix does a regular show with Samin!
she sounds so different when she actually has a voice! Crazy!
AMAZING ! Really admire the ode she pays to women and the diversity in this series. Heat was great, the episode comes full circle with the other three elements and I fell in love with her endearing personality around her loved ones.
Please make this available again!!!! Best cooking series ever!!

Watched all four parts in one sitting! Well shot, narrated, explained and by the end she feels like a family member! Loved it 👍🏽
Food is the best thing in the world 😎👍🔥
Hell yeah!!😂💗
What about you know, air
and sex
she is so sweet and sincere! Hope to see more of her shows!
I really wish you would have come out with more episodes highlighting other aspects of the same topic or even newer ones like even umami
I thought this was gonna be a documentary on things to avoid but instead, I'm sold on it Lol!
So excited, best cookbook I've ever read. A must for anyone who wants to cook well.
MrShortanswer what about "sweet" ... why is that not included? curious to learn.
@@thehomeplatespecial597 i think she foucouses on more savory flavors for this, sweet seems out of place amongst salt fat acid heat.

This series was amazing, she is so genuine and it was so knowledgeable! I’m glad I watched it 🤗
Her book of the same title is one of the best on cooking out there.
Her laugh is contagious!
Who else thinks she's just the cutest!?
I can't wait to see it. I read the book and it changed my cooking life. My food went from good to amazing.
Thank you, Samin Nosrat for giving me a happy moment this morning. Loved your book and am now looking forward to this series.
Estoy enamorado con está chef. Me encantó!!
Looks like a super fun life. I wish I had Netflix funding my show too.
As a chef she would have had to do the 7 day weeks, anti social hours for years.
The life she has wasn’t for free!
Amazing job!!! I loved it!! ❤❤
Looks so much better than what the Foodnetwork is offering these days.
How wonderful I’ve been wanting to get her book for a while now but it’s too expensive, hopefully I will learn something this way
Can’t wait to watch her show on Netflix and to learn more about cooking
I'm watching it now and am up to Acid. This is just a visually stunning show. Now I want to cook and travel. Well done!
