Right down the middle. Very balanced. more acidic than Brazilian but not as much as Ethiopian. Caramel like but not too heavy a mouthfeel. Some are fruity, some not so much.

@@MayheM_646 brew it 10 minutes in a french press, it does have an sweet taste, you probably use a drip coffee machine with paper filters, which probably hide this bean true taste
@@anytcl Not all beans from this land are "sweet". I have tried beans from Tolima, Huila, Caldas and Antioquia and they don't taste the same at all. Some like the Huila and Antioquia ones are sweet (which I love) but the others not so much. It's a matter of how u like it tho, but still, all Colombian coffee is seen as the best in the world for a reason.
