At school, we use computers and read a lot and I get home everyday and my eyes hurt SOOO bad and last night (Friday night) I went to bed at 9 pm because my eyes hurt so bad and i just wanted it to go away and I have a eye doctors appointment next month so I’m not sure if I need glasses or not

I do occasionally get headaches and I only have trouble seeing words from far away like I couldn’t see the board from the back of the class but my classmates can

Hi Rupa,
Always appreciate your life time prevention effort - with your own children.
As an Engineer, I would like to do the same thing.
As a result, I do my own refraction measurements, to make certain I never "re-enter", myopia.
I only wish the public could accept prevention- before myopia.
In fact, you have the only prevention-of-myopia effort that has any possibility of long term success.
In fact, I coached my immediate relatives to always pass the DMV requirements on their home Snellen, and never start wearing a minus lens - through the school years.

what i don't really understand is why i have monocular diplopia without glasses which resolves, mostly, with glasses. worst, the two images are quite clear. i don't need magnification of the images just for only ONE image instead of two (both are readable). Le Halp?

I have to squint if i am sitting far away but if i am close its sometimes a problem since our school uses alphabetical order to arrange seats i end up middle which is a struggle but i don't understand this, this girl in my class had glasses and then she stopped using it will glasses fix my eyesight , do i need glasses??
