    Great job!!
I'm from Brazil and I've been working with 3D printing for the last 5 years.
And my current project is to set up 3D printing farms using Appsheets for different stages of the process.
I am in the phase of developing structures and systems for storing filaments and spare parts.
I'm excited to see the next videos.

Ok... I was wondering how I got recommended a new channel, and was about to make a comment on the fact you know a lot for a 259 subscribers channel.
You're the shop nation guy! Epic!
As your 260th sub, I see this channel big, man... Well done on the first 3 videos. On point, concise, informative, well produced. Fantastic niche, btw.
Hopefully this new channel will grow with the same quality to big numbers. Good luck!

I've been following you as a woodworker for a while now and I was surprised a while back to see your video on that channel for 3d printing, which is another hobby of mine. I was thinking... he should start a channel for 3d printing... love it! would really like to see more of what an actual print farm produces, too.

How do you subcontract optimization of your prototypes for 3D printing without losing control of your designs and intellectual property ? This would be a nice intro video into the industry.

Travis great channel idea. Might a suggest a play list that focuses on Print Farms and schools. I attempt to support a local high school's print farm and it is hard as hell trying to keep the 20 printers functioning. I need to force to the school to have better processes and rules. I could really need a good process to prevent students from attempting to print the impossible. and end up creating spaghetti ( using super fine layer height on a CR-10). or blobs on the print head( many reasons like impossible overhangs) We got 4 x1 carbons in recently and there slicer being more locked down that Prusa Slicer or Cura I think is a big help. Anyway I think there is a lot of teachers out there that would like to see a youtube channel focused on helping them run a school print farm

Per comments on another video of yours I modified your sheet to adjust for space rental. This is a huge cost to manufacturing.
I added 3 lines under the Estimated uptime as this is the value your printer needs to make during its runtime in order to pay for its spot on the shelf think of it as a mini sub contractor.
Line 1 - Cost of the space for the year.
Line 2 - Number of printers in your farm
    Line 3 - Printer Hourly space cost = (Line 1 / Line 2) / Estimated Uptime
I then added this value to the Total Printer Cost per Hour. Which for me with 1 printer brought my Print Time Rate to $1.23.
Of course this goes down with the number of printers you can fit into that space and once you get going you could factor in the number of printers that are broken down. If you have 10 printers and 2 at any given moment are down on average you would put in 8 for line 2.
I just really think real estate is a big deal that many think your profits should cover but in reality the parts themselves need to cover. Even if you disagree you could add this section to your sheet and people could mark it with $0 for space cost and just ignore it but for those that want to account could do so.

Just got my Ender 3 Max Neo this past week and already made a temp suction fan with the free 200g spool that came with it, cuz the Hoover's OG almuminium fan got mangled cuz a washer got in there somehow. Once my filament rolls arrive this week I'll get a stronger and much more viable print sorted and we'll be back in business! Really been an investment already, and defs considering starting a side hustle, so looking forward to these vids ✌️

So exciting!! This is EXACTLY what I am looking for. I have been a fan of your Shop Nation channel for awhile now. I have recently procured my LLC for my 3D printing company. I have a Ender 3 v2, I know not the best printer to start with but I have to start some place. A new, better and faster printer is at the top of the list for my next business purchase. I am running Solidworks CAD, as that is what I know the best. I have over 20+ years of designing experience and now it is time for that to make me more money as a Design Side Hustle!! Looking forward to all your videos.

I also noticed that it appears you have some P1S printers now. The 1000s hours video you put at a while back you had some P1Ps. How much have you expanded since that video?
