In this Guide we go over some simple steps on how to practice and play your new reworked Sombra in Season 7 of Overwatch. Since the Spooky Horror Halloween Event is a bit Bland you can Spice your Season up with the current talk of the town must pick hero SOMBRA. I wasnt sold on the changes but after playing her for quite a few hours and running a solid 70% Winrate i think its safe to say that she is pretty strong right now. She dies very quickly but will actually kill you too now, so trust in yourself and her dps to win your fights!

Re: Translocator. Throw it up higher and you'll go into stealth mid-air. Makes it a helluva lot harder for them to figure out where you landed.
honestly, in duels just throwing it perfectly straight up will fuck over people so hard since they arent used to aiming that high up so quickly. Great Take Euleogy!

Yup. There is mostly just one playstyle now. IMO its a little harder to carry too. Those heartracing moments where you were able to duel both supports kill them and TP out on 1HP were some of the best moments on OW for me.
As someone who hated and could not play the old Sombrero, i have around a 70% win rate with her new self
Im sitting at around 65% right now with her after a few more hours. I suspect this will fall of alot in the future though as people start to learn or metas start to shift. Bap, Illiari Combo is omega annoying

@@SALMON_OW there isn’t any . u went so in depth when no one else would. Me personally, as a sombra main have struggled with strafing especially in 1v1 scenarios. Imma put this to good use and I’m sure imma be dominated in no time!! Thank you so much 🔥🔥

Can you cover hitting virus more. If I don’t land it should I not engage? Any tips on predicting movement with virus?
Id say in most cases if you dont hit the virus the duel gets very difficult. There are ways for you to hit it easier. You can hit it easily if people are jumping or in the air since they cannot mix up their landing alot. If you hack a wallriding lucio or genji they will always fall in linear way which makes it easy to line up the virus. You will get better the more you use it though, so keep at it!

Ive found that if the target does not have access to easy healing, that skipping hack and just going directly into virus and then open fire helps alot with hitting virus as the enemy does not get the pre-warning from hack that you are about to ambush them from stealth and so there movment is alot easyer to predict to hit virus since they got no idea your even there
True! You dont even need to hack certain characters to beat them as long as you hit your virus@@magnusberge
you can always take the fight even if you miss but your window to kill is signifigantly shorter, sometimes if my virus miss I choose to just leave, other times its possible to tkae the fight cause she does have incredible high burst damage even without the virus. In the end its situational, if you aim for healers and they work together leave instantly if your virus dont hit cause you are not getting that kill.

Depends on who you are trying to kill. If you wanna kill ana you wanna hack her so that she cant nade or sleep you in the first moment. If you go up against widowmaker or baptiste you can virus first and then see how it feels since they dont really have initial abilities that could stop you (Widow) or have powerful ones you can bait out (Lamp)

Depends on who you are fighting. Most of the time its not worth hacking so just go shoot a little bit, Virus and then shoot again.
