You modestly say you trained hundreds of photographers but by looking at your following and the times your name is mentioned in various groups as being their mentor, I would say it's more likely tens of thousands :-) You certainly inspired me!
I watched this with interest because I have been through the full cycle from rank amateur to a reasonably seasoned pro and have always considered the business side to be the most important factor. Having said that I recently "fired" two agents albeit politely but I watched your video again and acknowledged I handled it badly by "closing the door" Age (alas) has to me to recognise and admit your mistakes and this was a beauty! Your videos stand out because they balance technique in shoot with technique in running a business and for that, many, many thanks.
I don't even shoot real estate regularly. I watch your videos as much for what you offer from the business end of things. It is applicable to most self-employed people and as such I just purchased your book. Thanks for your videos.
Excellent!! I've been photographing for 30+ years, but your videos are starting to have me consider delving into this area of photography. Your techniques are second to none. I even was a realtor at one time and really enjoyed the industry. Something to think about. Thanks!
I appreciate you making this video, Nathan. It would have come in handy. I actually mentioned some of the issues that I was dealing with from a former client, last week, to you, on Facebook, so this will help me for the future. Awesome, as always!
Awesome advice. I agree people change over time. A customer might be awful, but it might be because he's lost his job and needs to sell his home. He might be a nicer person in two years' time.
Just came across your channel great stuff. Any videos you have as far as setting up the back end of the business? like a 101 basics on must have ex: LLC, Taxes, Insurance. that kind of boring yet necessary stuff.
@@NathanCoolPhoto thank you Nathan! I read some of the reviews and can't wait to give it a read! I have a full time career with a good amount of savings in the bank. Hoping to transition into fulltime RE photographer within the next year. Thanks for all your videos your free youtube videos are PRICELESS. Thank you again.
Hi Nathan, thank you for all your videos. Your channel and yours books are excellent source of knowledge for us, photographers. Great job! I have a quick question in regards of tripod head . I went after your recommendation and I bought a Benro gear head. It serves me well and a don't have any real complains about it. Nevertheless, surfing a web recently I came across to a quite interesting ballhead/gearhead combination from Leofoto - LH40 GR. I'd like to know your opinion on this one, since it looks like a value proposition.
excellent advice for ANY kind of photographer, and Ive been doing this for 30 years. well said Sir!
